Agree! I have played Chumba for more than 5 years and so far so good with them I love the free 1sc they give every day I have won up to 500 bucks just with that 1sc gift! … as well no problems withdrawing…

some times people have different experiences in every place and my experience with them has been always positive…

We just have different experiences everywhere, and while you got lucky with sunrise slots we got lucky at Chumba no need to be so harsh…

I'm thrilled you remember this part, but it would be good to mention the situation back then was quite different. I mistakenly thought dralililopez was trying to offer "some exclusive" casino deals to our members privately by email. It was my mistake 😎.

I would be much happier if this thread contained posts about the correct casino only. But - as long as you are all engaged in conversation, I don't mean to interrupt. This is a forum, and I believe all players will still be able to understand which posts comments about which casino. 🙂

you made my day… I know anything can happen, to tell you the truth, I have no great expectations because I don’t trust the operator at all, the first excuse they told me when I called by phone to ask for my withdrawal status, the lady sound so fake, and told me lies right away like, "oh I remember you, we just talked yesterday, I told you no to use chips, and you did and now you lost it all"… (I never talked to her before and never used chips!) so that was the first sign that they were making up excuses right away to cover up what they have done to me… I just couldn’t believe it!…. 🙁 makes me sick to the stomach just to remember….

I empathize with you, you're one step closer to the end of this stupid story.

One way or another, once it's settled should be a little easier to forget 🙏

yes i do, it means that you will not be able to claim any more coupons, the casino has saw fit to change your player status and you will only be able to play with " clean cash".

You may have won to much or not lost enough money and the casino is trying to get paid.

I suggest you ask customer service why this happened.
