If you want to discuss anything related to StarGames Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Wonder where their RTP is. Probably zero. I slowly suspect that they share the profits with the providers. It's just a rip-off on a large scale.
Hello if you're referring to slots, there is a chance you can find RTP somewhere in the description or even in conditions. What's happened to you, if I may know?
Hello bigbig60,
The average payout rate for games on StarGames.de is 90%. You can find a detailed list of the payout percentages for our Greentube games here: https://www.stargames.de/de/hilfe/Auszahlungsquote%20in%20Greentube-Spiele
All RTPs are of course also available directly in the games, as prescribed by the State Treaty on Gambling - also for all other providers that we have on offer.
We can also announce that the payout rate on StarGames.de in November was 89.9%.
If you have any questions, please contact us here or directly to our customer service at hilfe@stargames.de
Kind regards,
The StarGames team
Do you follow the new rules given by the German gambling law? If it's so, then it lowers the average RTP compared to what it used to be according to what I read about the 5.3 % turnover tax. That might be the reason why the player feels like the slots don't pay out as it used to be in past...
I agree. StarGames always tries to follow the regulatory requirements. Due to the State Treaty on Gambling and the gambling tax, we only offer games with an average RTP of 90%. Some games are at 89%, some at 91% - but this information is always clearly displayed in the game.
Sure, I'm not trying to encourage you to disobey the law. I just feel like it creates a disadvantage for those who follow the law, because the players in your casinos have lower RTP on games compared to other casinos. I know it's not your fault, but the players can feel the difference and maybe they're not aware it's because you follow the law. They simply believe the games are rigged, because they're not as they used to be 😕
I will now make an honest statement about Stargames to the best of my knowledge, conscience and experience!!! I have really tried many online casinos and have a lot of fun gambling and also the financial means to bet large amounts in the casino with a good feeling! So far, no other casino has been able to give me this feeling of trust and transparency and above all (player protection) like on Stargames, I have fun playing there and I feel very well looked after!!! I already know it from before the site was interrupted, but I have to admit that I fell in love all over again ❤️ An Stargames !!
Last but not least, I also have two minor points of criticism that I would like to point out: namely, after a race/tournament, I think over 30 free spins won were unfortunately denied or canceled after contact with chat, unfortunately not refunded😒 and the second if the loyalty program was discontinued !! Represented at Stargames under the player name mud277.
Hello and thank you for your opinion!
This casino has earned a good reputation so far.
It's also important to say that free spins and loyalty programs are something that casinos provide as a sort of free gift so it's up to the casino who gets it, on the other hand, you should get those free spins if you won these in the tournament.
So, what did the support tell you about these tournament free spins, please?
Thank you for your interest!! I really enjoyed taking part in the races and tournaments because it was an incentive and I also had fun with it. The one I mentioned was a sad one because I had invested around €60 and in the end my free spins were not usable, so I wrote to support and explained the situation they replied that i did not accept the free spins. I didn't say that I would have done this as far as I knew, nor did I blame them, so I just tended to be goodwill and thought you wouldn't disappoint a loyal customer who has played so much because of it! They stuck to their statement and referred to the terms and conditions
Despite all this it is still my favorite casino at the moment but I was really disappointed!! Yes, and the loyalty program says they took them out for regulatory reasons, but I also didn't think that was conveyed so professionally because it happened all of a sudden and you no longer had the opportunity to expand the points you had already earned, I also forgave that.
Hello, I see now. So the issue was more about the casino's approach toward a loyal player.
Thank you for the explanation 👍
Hello,
It's good that you realize you should only play in DE-licensed casinos. Allow me to explain depositing in a casino has nothing in common with account verification, which means the casino is not yet familiar with you.
Furthermore, having a set account block in another casino (even under the same management, or owned by the same group) only apply to those casinos. When it comes to an effective self-exclusion, there is nothing like sister casinos. You are only excluded from the casinos when you directly previously asked for the self-exclusion.
This is the safest approach.
If you aim to be self-excluded in StarGames Casino, ask the support and make it happen.
Let me know how it worked out.
Hello, I was blocked at another casino through ignorance because I had ticked the wrong box and was immediately reported to Oasis. Stargames was not previously registered with Oasis. Now that Stargames probably has a German license, they would not have my deposits allowed to accept. I pointed this out to Stargames and asked for my deposits back. Stargames replied that they still had no access to Oasis and would not refund the deposit amounts. Stargames blocked me immediately. I saw it too late that Stargames had received a German license. Otherwise I wouldn't have paid in anymore. Now the money is gone, and Stargames is pretending to be ignorant.
Hi there.
Can't say I understand the issue clearly - can you help with that?
Which wrongly ticked box are we talking about? And what role this Oasis plays in this story, please?
I'd like to know whether we can be of any help to you.
Hello Herould,
Hi Radka,
We're happy to clarify. Herould says that he locked himself in the central player blocking system in Germany (OASIS, more info here: https://rp-darmstadt.hessen.de/Sicherheit-und-kommunales/gluecksspiel/spielersperrsystem-oasis). A connection to this system is necessary for all licensed providers in Germany.
But Herould wonders why he was able to play with us, since we are not yet connected to this system, despite a German license.
The answer is, as our customer service wrote to Herould, we only received our permission last week. Unfortunately, a connection to the OASIS system does not take a few hours or days. We will create this connection as soon as possible in the coming weeks and then we will also be able to see who is blocked in OASIS.
Until then, however, we do not see these blocks and therefore cannot refund any deposits.
Best regards,
The StarGames team
Hello StarGames Casino,
Thank you very much for the explanation. I had my opinion, just wanted to be 100% sure all have been carried out fairly. It's great having you here on the forum.
Hello everyone, I have a serious and urgent matter. On February 17, 2026, at 5:02 AM, I requested a withdrawal from StarGames, which I was very happy about, as it wasn't a small sum. Around noon on February 17, 2026, I simply wanted to check on the status, because my husband told me that withdrawals are usually processed instantly. The support representative seemed friendly and told me that everything was being processed. Then I received an email asking me to submit additional documents (a recent letter showing my address, a photo of myself holding my ID, and photos of my ID). I thought, okay, whatever, I'll just do it... I've never experienced anything like this before!
This afternoon, February 18, 2026, I logged into my account and saw that nothing had been processed yet, unfortunately, even though support told me it would be processed within 24 hours (screenshots and all other correspondence with support are available, as well as all emails). The response was then quite dry and rude, even though I had been so impressed by the competence of the support team the day before.
After about two hours, when I tried to log in again, I saw that my account was locked. I was shocked and thought I had entered my password incorrectly. After contacting customer service, I received a curt reply stating that they based their terms and conditions, section 9.1, on the fact that they could lock me or close my account without giving a reason.
I'm not getting any further help, only that it's been forwarded to the responsible department?????
Please help me, I don't know what to do! I want my winnings, I'm desperate. Can someone help me?
What am I supposed to do now? Is the money gone? This can't all be true, I'm so horrified and sad about it.
Thanks in advance, I hope I can make progress here!
Best regards
The casino should definitely explain the reason for blocking your account and send an email to you.
Try to contact them yourself by email to ask about it. If you see that it is going nowhere, perhaps our complaint team could intervene.
Just a question: Does your husband also have an account at the same casino, by any chance?
Hello, StarGames fixed the error and paid out the money, and additionally gave me 30 free spins as an apology. The management at StarGames is really very competent, helpful, and super friendly.
Thanks
