A true story - I swear it! I deposited 30 euros there with Neteller 2 days ago! I played up to 400 euros. And all that without a bonus. I wanted to make a withdrawal, and then the following happened.

While I was seeing how much money I already had in my account, I started the verification,

ID card for identity, Neteller to show the deposit and a receipt from my church contribution office from last month. All of that was enough for other casinos to confirm the verification.

Not so with Spadesqueen casino. They wanted another bill from me - bank, gas or something similar. The problem is that my partner gets the bill in her name, not me. So there's no point in sending it to them.

I pay all my bills online, except for the church contribution office^^. So I went and showed the casino the online billing statement from my bank account.

They wanted to see proof of the deposit from Neteller - I had already sent it to them - even with my Neteller ID^^. So I sent it again. After several back and forths they agreed. Then they wanted to see proof from Skrill where I had deposited in April or May? I just thought to myself, why? What does Skrill have to do with it now? I deposited with Neteller.

And my problem was that I closed my Skrill account a few months ago.

I wrote to the casino support by email - account closed. They wanted confirmation that my account was closed. I asked Skrill in the chat whether it would be possible to confirm by email that my account was closed. Skrill sent me this letter here

I took a screenshot - they got the screenshot - and because today was "we're kidding you" customer day, they didn't accept it because the email address for the Skrill account wasn't at the top.
