This casino is the biggest scam there is! I deleted my good review because it was simply wrong. I only gave the casino a good review because I didn't want to keep writing negative reviews.

I have been registered at this casino for so long and have already deposited so much. Never!!! Not in a single session have I had any notable winnings that would at least extend my visit to the casino, no, you have to keep depositing, always depositing. In the last 3 hours I have deposited €500 and nothing has come. The casino could have shoved the ridiculous winnings of €1 to a maximum of €3 where the sun don't shine. There were no higher winnings and I have played a lot of different slots. Even with Book of Dead, where you actually always get free spins for low stakes, nothing! With Book of Dead there wasn't even 5 cents to win, let alone free spins. No matter which slot I chose, the money was played down straight away. Nobody can say I picked the wrong time because nothing has been happening in this miserable casino for several years! Then they say in the live chat that I should try other slots, how many more slots should I play, I've already played so many, the RTP in this casino is generally abysmally low. You don't have any fun at all, I'm frustrated in every session. I would love to report the casino somewhere, but the regulatory authority is completely unprofessional and always supports the casino anyway. I advise everyone not to play here, and for good reason. In my opinion, this is one of the worst and most disgusting casinos ever. Fraud at a high level.

What is with such a high rating of this casino? After a very short time spent in this casino and the desire for the first withdrawal, they have to verify themselves in a humiliating way by sending a video selfie, in addition I have to wait 31 days for my withdrawal without even being in the casino in plus... So I won around €3,000 on slots and have been waiting for my payout (Mifinity) since yesterday. Yesterday the support wrote: "...additional check". Today they wrote that everything will be done in a maximum of 72 hours, even sooner. I'm excited and will report back.

Update (12/30/24): The amount has been credited! However, this "additional check" seems strange to me. I think this casino will cause problems for amounts over €5,000.

Excellent news, I'm glad it didn't take so long. Sometimes it's common in the casino to have a gameplay check or similar for bigger wins. Sometimes it may not be very pleasant, but as long as everything is resolved promptly, it wouldn't matter that much. There are casinos where it could take up to a month.

We have no problem with the complaint submission form; I tried that and it worked. I believe you are talking about viewing casino reviews, not complaints anyway.

I suggest you delete every cookie saved for any casino guru website (mirorr) your browser has saved in your temporary history. Log out and then back in. If it does not help. Try icognito mode or a completely different browser.

However, the link I gave you leads to a complaint form; you are not supposed to see any casino reviews there.
