Hello, I have been a Snatch Casino player for just 1 month and I had not had any problems until approximately 8 days ago when they asked me for account verification by requesting documentation that was provided instantly. The problem is that KYC only happens by asking for the same selfie clearly and does not verify the account and just today Snatch puts on its main page "we are under maintenance we will be back soon" what are they telling me that I lost my winnings of 25x my deposit. The KYC and support people do not respond to the email, they only say wait for verification. I just wanted to know if this casino is going to disappear with the money or if I have to be patient. What withdrawal limits have you encountered? As for crypto withdrawals, do you at least get them within three days, or does it sometimes take longer?
