Good morning, if it's just the delays, okay, I understand that this practice they follow may be due to the fact that there is a wait to pay withdrawals! Because their financial department may be organizing money, documents or money so that the transactions can be made to the player! It may be that in large amounts they are pressured to give them quickly because let's not forget, this is also a business that does not distribute money! But at least when there is a big win, giving them the money even if it is late doesn't matter!

I've been thinking a lot about the true cause of the situation, but I agree with you: it's business, and some internal motivations or situations that no one in the group wants to explain now play a significant role in the daily withdrawal schedule. Shame...

I respect and value your moral qualities. I have to admit that I would not have the patience to deal with the casino's responses to most of the complaints. I would be very direct and very unscrupulous, which is of course not very professional.

Yes, this often drives me crazy too! But even the live chat they have is incomprehensible, you can't communicate and many times you have to say the same thing! They follow a specific tactic so you have to be patient and aware of what is going to happen in these cases.

I'm starting to worry, I won 8000 euros on their site and seeing all these similar cases of late payment verification repeated in an unjustified manner, I find it distressing and frightening, I chatted with them on the chat when my withdrawals were pending and they told me no need for verification you will receive your funds no need, then the next day all my withdrawals are canceled then I am asked for documents.... anything

Doing a lot better than me. They didnt ask me for documents. They just blocked my withdrawals and stated game check and my recent chat with them, they told me it can take a year or two for the game provider to respond and they cant pay me until that time.

We all deposited on a scam a casino because their rating here was 9.1

I see you've been waiting almost a week, according to the complaints. Unfortunately, we can't speed up withdrawals, and with this casino, you should probably be prepared for it to take about 2 weeks if not more.

I think we would all be happy if it wasn't, but I believe that if you pass the verification successfully, you will be able to withdraw the money. They could have thought about telling you that you don't need verification and then asking for it, that's not exactly the kind of communication I would want to have from a casino.

But I firmly believe that you will get your money, you just have to be patient.

Unfortunately, I don't know what more I can say when you see all these posts. 😕

Dear Administrator and fellow player from Quebec,

Could you please share more details about the amount of your withdrawal?

How long have you been waiting to receive your funds, and had you played on this casino before?

To the administrator – with all due respect, how is it possible that this casino is still operating despite all these recurring payment issues?

On many other platforms, withdrawals usually take 1–2 days, and identity verification just a few hours.

How is it that Snatch Casino still holds a license with such poor reliability?

Thank you in advance for your insights.

Kind regards,

Quick update for yall as of today, Goodwin, the scam company behind Snatch, Immerion, and YBets, has also acquired and is now running iWild Casino. Get ready for the complaints and forum posts 🙂.file

How is this casino rated at high safety index.

I totally get casino guru not wanting to lower the rating as it might piss the casino off and they may not pay anyone at all.

But something needs to be done here. I have now not been paid in 41 days and withdrawals still disabled.

I waited 4 months in total. In the end they paid, but you need to be very Patient. I spent hours and hours writing E-Mails and chatting with customer Support. In the end, only the complaint at Casino Guru moved Something...

Good luck to everyone. I Hope you all get your Money and never Play in this Casino again! Haha

well im going to start writing emails and bothering their support then too.

I will be filing a complaint here too as it looks like the other forum is just black listing them and putting them down as rogue

Hello,

I sympathize with all of the players affected by these delays, and your question is perfectly logical and valid. This is a very frequent question, not just in this thread.

I imagine how our responses would sound in such circumstances. I'll give it a shot anyway because I always strive to be open about our approach. We are fully aware of the situation because there have been far too many complaints with the same patterns. As we began to investigate further, we discovered that the responses and efforts from the casino/affiliate group had become quite inconsistent and somewhat unstable, while complaints continued to accumulate. This raises a pressing question: how can we "punish" the casino without jeopardizing the fragile communication channel that has provided, albeit delayed, resolutions for players with active complaints? Well, we haven't found the ideal solution. Nonetheless, we decided that risking the possibility of remaining in contact with the casino was not worth it. Instead, we chose persuasion and diplomacy. I know it sounds like we are aware of the casino's wrath; I understand that, but the real fear is losing control over resolving associated complaints.

That is still pretty much the real problem we all face...

As I previously stated, I understand how it may sound from your perspective. We are about to challenge this question again as soon as our most important experts return from vacation. It should be within the next week, I suppose.

I will do my best to provide more information as it becomes available.

Hello, I sent this to my colleagues in the Data Team. Thank you very much for such a keen eye!

Yes, I will gather as much information as possible when we schedule another internal meeting. However, the whole situation is so strange that my colleagues are already frustrated. The casino representatives have avoided direct responses or lied. How should you respond to that? Of course, this is merely a rhetorical question. Well, I don't know...

But, I agree, the situation must escalate in some way. My coworkers will attempt to come up with something.

Yep, that's a good idea. In my opinion, even if they pay players during the first month of their administration, it will only be to gain trust and scam players afterward. That was the pattern with the other Goodwin NV brands.

A fair warning, I got it! It would be beneficial if our existing contacts showed a greater interest in building players' trust. But it looks like this "new group" doesn't give a damn. Are they really so sure that they can be successful just by relying on one-time withdrawing players? Who would ever deposit in a casino right now, or after a single personal experience with those extensive checks?

Radka

I don't think they really care. Most likely, they'll keep their business going until they get delisted from review or streaming sites, then buy other brands and repeat the cycle

I can't say that this schedule appears so unreal to me. The problem, in my opinion, is that detecting such "overtakes" is not always easy, and those who rely on such scenarios attempt to conceal the patterns. I would do that...

My complaint was resolved after four months because the casino finally paid. I'm happy about that, and I'm sure I wouldn't have received my money without the complaint. However, a bad taste remains, especially regarding Casinoguru's work. Now my review has actually been rejected, with the justification that the casino had paid me. This must be a bad joke. The casino continues to receive a top rating, while negative reviews are suppressed. Everything is still designed to entice new victims to fall victim to this casino.
