I only aim to add that I'd say the casino didn't care you were playing forbidden games, because those games are not enforced on the software level, hence the casino didn't know until you submitted the withdrawal request. Only then your gaming history went through the regular check.

I'm not saying this is correct, but it's likely to happen.

I hate when they do this especially if you take a long break and have literally no way of knowing what your previous transaction is. They only provide history for a certain time frame. You know the bonus rules aren’t clear. They do not clarify what "after the playthrough" means. No where does it say bonus rules apply after the playthrough until….

until when? Until you make a withdrawal request and all bonus funds are removed?

until the withdrawal has actually been paid?

in my opinion bonus rules should still apply after the playthrough only because you are still playing with bonus money. If the casino removes the bonus money when you request the withdrawal, bonus rules should no longer apply because if you cancel that withdrawal you no longer have bonus funds.

but ofcourse the casinos do not clarify this anywhere in the rules and no one truly knows the answer to this when you ask.

if the casino wants players to follow bonus rules then they need to leave the bonus funds on the balance until the withdrawal has been paid.

Another issue I have with the inclave casinos is that they do not include individual game contributions to the playthrough anywhere in bonus rules for bonuses that can be used on all games. I have asked in the chat and the chat they say all games contribute 100%. This is not true at all. If you have a 1000 playthrough and make a $100 bet on a slot. The remaining playthrough balance says $900. If you have a 1000 playthrough and make a $100 bet on blackjack the remaining playthrough says $967. Yes you are right, it should always be properly written so that the player knows when the bonus is over. If it is unnecessarily confusing many players will probably complain and have problems, which is rather to the detriment of the casino. So a good observation and opinion I would say. 

As for your second post, I can see that you're a stickler for information and I'd also like it to be as accurate as possible, especially from the casino staff.
