Just took a break from Limitless, Brango, et Al for a month as I want to dedicate more time to getting my money from these 3 BS casinos.

Yeah they’re all typically unresponsive to complaints. I find it unusual I’ve never had an issue with some (Sector 777 and Slotsofparadise) but others have genuine horror stories.


I’m also a Abigcandy victim and yes, my withdrawal was pending for 6 months without being assessed.

I have been having a lot of issues with Heaps O Wins, Sector 777 and A Big Candy. They revoked my KYC and I had to go through it 5 times all over again to the point where I had to open a ticket with hooyu(KYC vendor). All my withdrawals were cancelled on all 3 casinos and some were just resubmitted once the KYC ended up going through(but have to adhere to the weekly withdrawal limit). I have never so many issues with a group of casinos as I have with the VIP Wins group (their owners).

Hello, according to some of the complaints I have seen, our team managed to get in touch with the casino and therefore in some situations they have responded. 

Hence, I think there might be hope that they will respond in your case as well and we will see where we can get to. So are you going to go ahead and try and open it? I don't think you'll get anything for it, and I'd rather try as many options as possible than just leave it at that. 🤔

Hmm, it always should be some minimal amount just to verify your payment method. Don't really know if 30 is okay but it's not so much so it could be good.

But how will casino react after that I can't guarantee.

I deposited and now I'm waiting to verify my account.They said it's 3-5 business days. Don't know why is it so complicated about this and why does it cost that much time to check a crypto deposit but whatever.

I registered at this casino on 15/10/2025.

I used 1 no deposit bonus called DESTINY120, received 120 free spins wagered and reached $100 the maximum cashout.

They claimed I have to deposit $30 as a verification. I was skeptical but after long conversations they made me sure I can withdraw my winnings just go ahead.

I made the verification deposit on 16/10/2025 and today they said I have multiple accounts so they sorry but I can't withdraw anything. As I know I only have one account and they can't prove me wrong. They told me to write an email to Support so they can tell me details , but I don't think they will answer. They just claim things but don't prove anything. I feel like they cheated me to make this deposit. Now maybe I won't even get back my deposit so it's a complete scam yet.

Actually, it could be linked together. However, you did well when you decided to complain. My colleagues do not speculate or accept accusations without fair proof. If it is possible for you, try to stay calm; do not push yourself in this, and we shall see what comes later on.

I just wish the casino had a more convincing Safety Index. How did you find this casino in the first place?

I found on a third party site which is promoting this Casino and it's offers.

I received an answer from the Documents team saying they were wrong about having multiple accounts and I can request a withdrawal.

It's still in the process so now I'm waiting.
