I intentionally put my real money balance of €1800 back into the slot at €100 per spin, luckily before that when it was still possible at Scatterhall. I actually won 40x a nice sum on a €100 bet, I pushed the 4k back in! I then played somewhere else and got all my money out of about €1700, the other casino paid it out without a problem! because the RTP proves itself again, I'm satisfied!

Hello , I need help and support. I won 1500€ maxcashout for me at Scatterhall Casino, then I had my documents verified, everything is ok too, my account is verified and I can withdraw up to 500€ a week. I submitted the payment request on April 7, 2023

I haven't gotten any response since then, at least twice a week I write what happened to my payout, as always no answer, then I contact the live chat and they always say they have nothing to do with financial matters. I should contact the finance department, they would help me further, although I said that I haven't seen any reaction from the finance department since April 7th. They say they notified the finance department, which of course I don't believe. I need help for that

I can see that you've already posted a complaint which is a good step towards resolving your issue. 

Unfortunately Scatterhall Casino has a very poor safety index as you can see here, From the many reviews and forum posts you are not the only one having issues with this casino. Unfortunately they stopped paying players their money. 

As for the future I would suggest reading through complaints of casinos, user reviews and read through safety index as well to prevent issues you are currently facing. 

The casino has very bad reviews, it's definitely not worth playing there anymore

I don't know but maybe it will help, I mean if nothing comes of it, a class action lawsuit against the casino. I don't know if this is possible or not, I just want this casino to pay out all funds or be closed. Of course also spinpirate casino

I insulted scatterhall in the chat because they haven't paid out my money since March 6500 at Spinpirate. The chat just laughed and knew that nobody would see his money. It was even 7000 euros. I canceled the pending 500 euros and therefore gambled away 6500. 500 have been in transit since March and the 6000 balance have reduced them to zero and deleted my credit because they are supposed to be checking which guidelines. These are criminals and scammers.. no one will see a dime from them. I hope they will suffocate and die on every cent of the 6500 (7000) euros they took from me.. Death is even too little for such criminals and criminals.. many people have lost a lot of money because of them...

They are definitely somewhere in Malta Curacao or something like that, there is an address on the site but I have no idea whether they are really there or just a postal address.. I wish I could get my 6500 euros and they would be held accountable, but the question is how.. ..

Thanks champion, maybe that's a solution? Anyone who gambles away a lot of money in the casinos should also be able to book a return ticket for the weekend. It's definitely not expensive. All players who were cheated by Scatterhall, like me and everyone else, should meet us at the weekend and fly there, then long story short we beat them up so badly that they can't tell if they're laughing or crying. I don't think we should put up with that. Today it's Scatterhallcasino, tomorrow it's casino and if nothing is done, they will think that we players can't do anything and just look stupid

I have laid out my proposal clearly . If everyone concerned would participate, we only need to plan an appointment with each other and off we go. By train we are in Arnhem NL in 2-3 hours

I see that our society only whines when it comes to lend a hand nobody is there. I would have hoped at least a dozen players would report it. No I don't think so. Do you know that the casino operators take advantage of this? Of course, they are aware that no one dares to take steps that are personally daring, so they do some tests to see how far we can go? That's the result that got around to, meanwhile they don't pay out any more money but take in a lot. We allow that ourselves. I would be happy if I opened the minds of some of the society , laid the thoughts open for them .
