That was my original thought. The way I saw it, the phone number does not have to be used by any means. Remember me asking whether the number needed to be verified? I believe the answer was it did not, so if there was another person using the same device and IP, no wonder he or she would also use the same number, especially if the number is not required personal detail and does not need to be verified at all.

Yet, it is very little chance for someone else to take advantage of your device, I guess.

Wait so did the Casino send evidence that also the same device was used on the other account?

That's why I keep saying that an unverified phone number is not something we could use in your defense... It could also been used just because it was stored in the device's pre-filled details.

I mean, do you recall when you're occasionally asked to add an address online in some registering form, in an e-shop, for instance? If the device/online profile has stored all details, it usually takes one click or tap to put it all into another filling form.

If the second account was not yours, the easiest explanation is that someone used your device and the VPN and did the same things in the casino as you.

Are you sure you have up to date information there? Because I sent Peter information about the decive I used, he then reopened the complaint and a device match was never mentioned. Also based on the information I gained outside of casinoguru a device match was never mentioned.

If your information is correct that makes it even more certain that they manipulated evidence. I have ONLY used my mobile phone that I always carry around and is password protected. It is practically Impossible that someone could have used my phone.

I am still trying to figure out wheter the other account was created before or after mine.

So for me that would mean I can be 100% certain that Rolletto has manipulated evidence, but it would be awesome if Peter could verify me that the other account used my device. Is he in vacation currently?

You can try to write him an email, even though now with the upcoming holidays I am not sure when you will get the answer to tell you the truth.

I have been waiting for his reply for 28 days now.. Is there really no one else I can write?

Please know that our whole team is really busy with hundreds of complaints coming in every day, so if some cases are already closed and there is no way to reopen them or the evidence that was received is strong enough to close the complaint, there is no reason to go back to the complaint if we are not able to do anything more.

If he could more, he surely would, and that is why I believe you didn't get any response.

I understand that your team is busy but in my view the evidence of the casino can't be true and with answers from Peter I could possibly prove that. That would also be beneficial to you if you find out a casino is fooling you.

You know, Romi was obviously not aware of the fact that you have already tried and also about the rest of your long conversation. I'm sorry. I believe I explained that Peter expressed no option for reopening. Sadly, we are going back to the beginning—if you can't prove anything new and keep insisting the casino has invented anything, there is no way forward.

I am not insisting that the Casino must have manipulated evidence I just can't explain what happened. And there are logical flaws that I am trying to point out that it is not plausible that I would open another account using the same phone number days after winning the biggest amount of my life without waiting to cash it out. It doesn't make any sense and if the Casino really didnt manipulate anything then it still doesn't make sense that I did it and I should not my punished for someone else using MY phone number. I can prove that this number is fully mine and it is completely unfair that I am being punished for someone using my number where he could use any random number because there is no need to verify it.

I will repeat the reason why the case is over: Since we also have no explanation of what has happened, aside from the evidence and leads that are not in your favour, we also lack the way to change the casino's point of view; as a result, we are unable to help.

I disagree, I believe there are ways to prove the truth I know that what I am saying is correct and there could be ways to prove that if Peter or someone else took the time to answer my mails. I have said it alot of times already but I don't even fully understand the situation myself because I barely get any response. That is the entire reason I opened this thread.

Sadly, I think we are running in circles. It is okay; you are confident you did nothing wrong. We just could not prove that. If Peter spots anything he could use to your advantage in any email you have sent so far, he would do that.

I'm sorry, but he has no time to get back to you explaining that. Even though I understand it is not ideal from your perspective.

I wish I could help you. Based on what I saw, I'm not convinced we have anything solid to present to the casino.

Yes, we are running in circles. But only because I am not getting responses to my questions. I can not come up with more evidence if don't even fully understand what has happened.
