Here I thought it was just me they sent in error.Strange way to cheer customers up with a $30 requirement.
Constant misleading headings end up in my spam.Such stingy casino's make me wary.

It can easily be caused by a system or even human error, though I agree it paints a strange picture.
It reminds me of a situation I had with my bank last year, my visa was scammed, and money was sent to some casino, I reported fraud the bank created reclamation.
Just 18 hours after I reported that my money was "lost" a proactive bank representative called me with a special offer made especially for me as an evaluated client I was offered an exclusive loan. 😂👍
Made me furious back then.
The point is that the representative had no idea about the reclamation. I guess it's the same as with the casino.
Such offers are usually sent automatically.
You know.. receiving such a message, the first impression - WOW! And after a while you feel like a child who was given candy and then took it away. ;)
A sneaky way to get us to deposit is what I now think,a simple "sorry " and leave it at that would have been smarter PR.
Maybe it didn't feel like we were being forced to do it, but I'd also rather just get a word of sorry than an offer of an amazing, impressive 15 FS for my next deposit as an apology. Such behavior from the casinos is a blow below the belt. I don't know who came up with this idiotic idea. I respect this casino because I have fond memories of it, but for God's sake. Everything has its limits. :D

They broke rule point 11 of the GENERAL BONUS TERMS
I played with the bonus, canceled it and they took 50% of my deposit, although I believe a bit more. Fraudsters.
Nowhere does it say in their bonus terms and conditions that a player's balance (without a bonus) is reducding in that case.
Be careful with this casino as I can see they are starting to cheat their customers openly. I will not let this matter go and I will report this casino to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board

Hello everyone 🙂 I also received the e-mail with the €100 prize. I then logged into my account and found that there was nothing there 😀 The support explained to me that it was a mistake and that's how it worked for me Done.I understand players that it can be annoying but don't forget that you are human too and mistakes can happen to you 🙂 So it doesn't matter because we all make mistakes!You don't always have to file a complaint right away or the casino speak badly because a mistake happened. None of us are perfect. I don't think it's necessary to stress about €100 at all. Especially if you apologize and explain where the problem was. 1 mistake is no reason to badmouth such a great casino. Apart from the mistake, the casino has a lot to offer. Super friendly support & super fast verifications and payouts. Lots of game providers that leave nothing to be desired. Lots of deposit and withdrawal options. Mega tournaments and great bonus offers I think betting is overkill. But that's just my opinion. I've never noticed the casino sending out emails and then invalidating them because there's an error just to get people to sign up. A few I get emails from other casinos telling me to verify myself so that my withdrawal can be approved, even though I have no outstanding withdrawals and this is a scam e is to get customers to play. To be honest, I don't even think this way of encouraging people to play is bad, since you can decide not to dirtying the casino. They apologized several times, what else can they do? my account was closed, on suspicion of abusing the bonus, strange that I didn't claim any deposit bonus! I must have received some cashback bonuses that I only used one, as the amount was very low. well, my account was closed and all my balance withheld! that same week my account was closed at kingbilly for having really abused the bonuses, withdrawing 15x the amount deposited, but my balance was returned! and in some other houses that had an account with the same registered email, it was also closed, but all of them returned the remaining balance, only rocketplay confiscated my deposit.

Have you taken any no-deposit bonus by chance? The most common bonus abuse activity suspects creating multiple accounts or even playing under someone else's identity to gain access to no deposit bonus only available for newly registered players. If you are not aware of breaching the rules, you can try submitting a complaint. If there is nothing to hide, it should not hurt.
We would need to see the casino's prooves to ensure all was done correctly (speaking about the RocketPlay now). What do you think?
