As I can see, the $500 really is a daily limit, and $2000 is their weekly limit. So all you need to do is request 4x $500, and you should be able to withdraw the money in one week.

They only allow one withdraw pending at a time , and a pending withdraw takes 5 days to process its impossible to withdraw $2000.

I have spoken to support of the casino they have manually withdrawn $2000 for me.
It is possible in the end. That's great. So, if I'm not mistaken, in order to get it done manually and push the withdrawal limit, one needs to ask the support; is that correct, please?

It is impossible to withdraw more than $500 a week, unless it is manually done by the casino i think they only did it for me as i emailed them and made 3 official complaints and reviews about the scheme .
Sometimes pressure on the casino can help. I know that in some cases it probably wouldn't have worked, but it doesn't always end negatively, and you are an example that it can be done. I'm glad you did well and hopefully if you ever play here again it will improve and the limit will be higher. 🙂
