Sadly, it's not the reviewer's fault and the rating given there shouldn't be used as a guide to use a casino or not, it's more a general information guide, like max withdrawals, payment methods, any T&C worth noting, etc. What gotta be used as a guide to use a casino or not are the negative reviews from users (OVERLY positive ones are probably fake), this is something I learned recently, stopped taking into account the rating given on any site and I only analyze if the negative reviews got something that could stop me from using said site, this has saved me every now and then, I would suggest everyone to do the same.
It doesn't sound to me like they don't want to allow you to make the withdrawal. It's just a technical issue they need to fix in order to allow you to withdraw to another Skrill email address.
It's quite understandable there's no timeframe, since the customer support has no idea how long time it takes to the IT department to fix this 😕

I'm looking at your complaint and it looks like the Star Spell wasn't the reason why they didn't want to pay your winnings, but you breached the TCs by doing a single bet over the limit. Anyways, we agreed it's unfair. The Star Spell visible in your account history looks like another tech issue / bug since you can't even make 0.00 bets.
I'm quite sure that if you did nothing wrong and they refuse to pay the winnings, because they won't be able to change the Skrill email address for you, their rating would be influenced negatively. On the other hand, I don't see any reason why they wouldn't allow you to complete the withdrawal when they fix it.
Actually I can quite agree with what you described about the ratings and reviews. Even when I buy some product, choose a restaurant or accommodation, I check the negative reviews and then decide if it's actually relevant and if it's something that would stop me from using the service or buying the product. What some people see as negative doesn't need to be negative for you.
They keep telling me its impossible to change the email,they refusing to transfer me to the manager also keep saying its impossible...Even on their site in profile setting,its says if u want to change any field just contact customer support,of course its impossible just because..I opened an complaint on askgamblers..hope will help
Oh my gosh..Thats the worst casino,when u try to withdraw...Customer support useless at all..Im fully verified..and their site does not work properly..They put the same email which i registered in this casino to my skrill section automatically,and they dont make a withdrawal to happen..They said they cannot change it,they cannot do anything,just keep telling me to wait..No reason why its taking so long,no info on time frame to do this very difficult job just to change an email...Horrible experience..I registered just because of a good reviews,and it was a mistake..Why to play in the casino,if u cannot withdraw..I played hundreds of online casino,but never had such a bad experience..Still waiting couple of days for them to rewrite my email,i guess for that needs to work the whole team of IT specialists to make it happen
Truly an inconvenient situation. Sadly such an issue can be solved only by the casino itself, or it seems to be the easiest way - yeah, I know how that sounds.
If they fail to resolve the problem within 14 full days from the date you submitted the withdrawal, I would consider a complaint.

Now, if they have done this to me while playing for so long and obviously they were making money of me... than think about the newer Players?
