Hello 7 april i deposit 30 euro i play slots and win 1000k .

I had veryfied my card i try 5 times to make withdrawals 500 euro and they after 10 min cancel my withdrawal

Finally i play and lose 1k

They cancelled my withdrawals after 10 min and told me my card details its wrong and with same card i had make the deposit without any problem,and also i had try to make withdrawal 1000k and they told me you can do only 500 per day.and because they cancel my withdrawal 4 times i was angry i play and lose all my balance

I tried to make 4 times withdrawals 500 euro (you can do only 500 euro withdrawal per 24hrs) and they cancelled my withdrawals without reason my card it was verified and my account same,and on chat never explain me the reason why they cancel my withdrawals.finally i was angry i play and lose all my money 1k

Oh well, I'm very sorry you lost all your money in the end. I know situations like that are frustrating, but it's certainly not the best idea. You could have tried to write sooner and we would have tried to help you with the withdrawal. But since you lost the money, that's not possible. 

If some details on the card were wrong, do you know what specifically?

I would not focus on the card though, as you mentioned the casino has not given an explanation for why they canceled your withdrawals. It could be anything else. 🙁
