We do not consider the chances of winnings in the final score. By bouncing the ball the other way, for example, a casino such as N1 Bet Casino on casino guru has a very good reputation, and people on Polish online casino forums complain that this casino is a scam and does not pay out winnings or blocks accounts giving the reason, e.g. as a multi-account when someone wants to withdraw, and this situation has never happened on the part of players, so? 🙂

In principle, you are right that reviews are paid, but rather positive ones. An exemplary example is Bruno Casino or Nine Casino. I doubt that the competition pays to write negative reviews.

Hello. I'll start from the end since it is something I'd like to mention first: Even our competitors have paid to provide us with a fake very nasty reviews on Trustpilot. It happens to the casinos too, be assured. 🙁

I guess it sounds logical.

You know, many players claim they have never set up a second account, and many of them are proven wrong.

The best solution is to submit the complaint and stand up face to face to the complaint process. We can't help everyone, but we always inform what seems to be the fairest resolution at least.

Anyway, every unresolved complaint has consequences for the casino, so it's worth it 🙂.

but N1bet he said that violated the bonus and confiscated 25 thousand € and he said that only 5000 € belonged to me, I did not say anything, but when I withdraw 5000 € in my account, it was canceled, and every time I withdraw, they cancel the excuses for not giving the money.

So I lost a lot of money at N1Bet. When I won something, they wanted me to verify myself for the payout. I did this too and I have 40K that I want to pay out, now I find out that the payout limit is €2500 per week and 12K per month. I've been waiting for 5 days and the chat keeps saying please wait patiently. Is this a scam casino site now? I know this from friends who actually had no problems with the site, but what's wrong with them? I have written to the VIP manager several times, no response, I don't know how to proceed. Do you think a lawyer who specializes in casinos can submit written complaints about the license provider or complain about anything else?

Hey. I can see that you have a problem with the withdrawal, but I would like to reassure you that 5 days is not so much and you don't have to worry about it right away. We give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal issue. 

As for the limits themselves, we have the same limits listed on our website, so it should be fine.

However, did you ask the casino for any reason why you are waiting for the withdrawal ? On the other hand, I would say that you can still be patient and we will see where the situation will go and whether the casino will pay or give some answer. If they don't, then I would recommend filing a complaint with us. I don't think it has to go to a lawyer right away and I would leave that as a last option if nothing else works out.

I have good friends who do casino streams like Orangemorange you may know or Memooo from Montana Black, many say that n1bet is very dubious. Even some say it's almost a scam

I think you will be able to decide on the basis of your own experience, although I want to firmly believe that everything will turn out well. If there is a problem and nothing is resolved in the next few days, then you can file a complaint as I have already announced. Based on this you will then be able to give your opinion on the casino, but for now I don't think you need to be skeptical right away.
