Hello:) Although there are only 4 reviews here (and they are all quite different in content), my review was rejected for a rather strange reason, so I will post it here since I want to share my experience with other players. There are a lot of positive and extremely similar reviews on other casinos (especially the most famous ones). It seems to me that you should pay attention to them in the first place :)

Hi, unfortunately I can't go into much detail with my explanation, but I'll try to share everything I can with you to explain it a bit. We have an internal system that we constantly improve and that system helps us to track reviews that most likely aren't genuine.
As far as I can see, the system linked you to a group of accounts that write reviews on a similar group of casinos. I intentionally say accounts and not a group of players since those accounts were mostly created by the same person or a few persons. Even though the system will never be perfect and I must agree there's a chance that your reviews are simply genuine and you're not linked to the group at all, we took the risk and decided to reject your review based on what we see in the system.
I truly apologize to you and every single user who wrote a genuine review that was rejected by our staff, but I'm convinced the huge amount of fake reviews we rejected in past simply outweighs the few mistakes we've probably done in past and will certainly do in the future. We reject between 250-300 reviews per month so it is indeed possible we made mistakes there.
Hello, no point in submitting withdrawals over and over again. Would be better to ask the casino, what seems to be wrong, I'd say.

I have put in a complaint against N1bet casino.
I have been deposited and played in their casino. Finally I won a grand jackpot of $26xxx and I withdrew $20000. They came back after more than a week and said that they won’t payout as I bet over their limit. I am 100% sure that I didn’t as I didn’t use bonus. If I did the game won’t let me bet over the limit. On top of that I deposited more money before I won the grand jackpot. They said I can over get $4000 back. I have placed over $50k overall bets. It is so not fair that they took away all my winning from my account when I won the jackpot. How can they take your money so easy but they won’t payout when you win. They should refund me the overall bets also if they took away my winning.
I can see the complaint is currently waiting for our review so it's better to wait ho it's going to develop. Anyway, if they claim you bet over a limit and you claim you didn't and you didn't play with a bonus, then this should be easy to verify in your betting history. Everything's there. I'm not sure if you have access to your betting history (many casinos have this feature for players available), but I'm 100% sure the casino has it.
Yes it did have a game history but it only shows up to 4 days. I have ask them for evidences and details but the VIP manager never reply me back. I tried to chat online but they kept asked me to wait. They would not give me anything except an email to tell me that. It is very no fair to do that to people when the won a big jackpot.
They subtracted 80% of my money without any prove.

sorry to hear that. Kindly mention this in the complaint, so Nick is fully aware of the fact, that the casino is now ignoring you, and you were provided only with let's say limited history.

sorry to hear that, it is not such a big deal since the complaint has been submitted on the other hand, so don't worry about that now, sometimes it happens and the casino will have a chance to explain in the complaint, I'm sure.
Just update Nick in the complaint thread about it, so he can take it into the consideration while dealing with the casino. That would certainly help.

I won with a bonus, even if it's only 50 euros, I had myself verified by customer support, all of a sudden they want to initiate extra verification measures and that I upload selfies with an ID card, etc., which was not required in any other casino....stupid fraud because of 50 euros I have already verified my account with a copy of my ID card and proof of address

Yes they are happy to take our deposit right away but when we try to get the money back then we need give them lots of documents. I won the grand jackpot and then they said I was over limit. They only give me back $4000 out of $20000. 80% of my winning, it is a lot of money to take away. I required for the evidences but they won’t give it to me, now they asked me to verify all my details before they will process and it will take 1-2 months.
Mir is not fair that they took away all my money from my account without my permission

would be good to acknowledge that when you deposit in the casino, it is solely your own decision, no check is needed because there is nothing to be checked. If you pay your utility bill by a card transaction for instance, is there any verification? No.
Withdrawal, on the other side, is a completely different situation. The casino has to make sure that it was you, who registered, deposited, played, and won. It's not just about you, it's also about your gaming history and rules.
I guess that you should try to verify immediately after you register in the casino to prevent future delays. What do you think about that?
