Hello,
I appreciate sharing your interpretation of the complaint evolution. In my opinion it would be good to help with the further context here on the forum and recommend others to read, like Samuels's summary posted there on 8 of September focused on important differences between clear communication, rules and the way different types of funds are displayed, aka considered to be or not to be bonus funds. Well, written, if I may add my perspective.
In contrast, the casino's response seems to be, let's say, rather general.
It has been 14 days and this casino has not responded to any of your colleagues. They stole my money and no one is accountable. This casino is still active here and is stealing money from people every day. You must condemn this casino and it should not be allowed to operate. They are stealing money from thousands of people.🚨🚨🚨
I understand your frustration, especially if the casino has already failed to respond to our Complaints Team more than once.
At this point, however, the complaint is still ongoing, so I would wait for the Complaints Team to formally conclude it. If the casino continues not to cooperate, the complaint may eventually be closed as unresolved, which can negatively affect the casino's standing on our website.
As for removing or "banning" the casino from the site, that is not something we do simply because one complaint is unresolved. We document complaints, evaluate the casino's conduct and cooperation, and reflect that in the information and rating available to players.
For now, I would let the complaint process run its course. If the casino remains unresponsive, that lack of cooperation will be part of the final outcome.
I am disappointed about one thing: you guys are promoting a casino that is stealing people's money. Otherwise, I could wait another year. That money is like one dollar to me. I'm only angry because they disrespected me, stole my money, and misled me with rules that make absolutely no logical sense. They shouldn't think they're clever and can steal people's money. They need to give me what I'm owed.
I hope they give me what's rightfully mine, and that other people don't lose their money there anymore.
I understand why you see it that way, especially when the casino has not been cooperating with your complaint.
Just to clarify one point, having a casino listed on Casino Guru does not necessarily mean that we are recommending or promoting it. We also list casinos with serious issues so players can see their Safety Index, complaints, and other relevant information before deciding whether to play there.
If N1 Bet continues not to respond to our Complaints Team, that lack of cooperation can become part of the final outcome of your complaint and may negatively affect how the casino is presented on our website.
Your complaint is still ongoing at the moment, so I would let the Complaints Team formally conclude the case first. If the casino remains unresponsive, the complaint may ultimately be closed as unresolved.
I understand that for you this is also about principle and warning other players, and your documented experience on the forum can be useful for that as well.
