This provider is an absolute disgrace; I strongly advise everyone against playing there. I've already uploaded all the required documents 5 times!!! but they keep asking for the same documents that have already been uploaded.
This makes casinos no fun at all, and the positive reviews are a mystery to me since I know several people with similar experiences.
Hello, I'm not sure whether you noticed the posts we've been responding to you with. We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide detailed responses, because in my opinion, both the bank statement and the exact casino instructions, if there were any, may mean a solution.
We'll be around if you want to talk more.
Hi, from what I can see, this case has been going on for exactly two months now, which is quite a long time.
I read through the main points and also Attila’s latest response. I understand it probably wasn’t the answer you were hoping for, but I think he explained the situation quite well and, most importantly, tried to be honest with you.
For now, I think we’ll need to wait for the casino’s response and see whether anything new comes up. Hopefully, there won’t be any further complications and the whole case can finally be brought to a conclusion, because I can imagine that such a long process can be quite stressful for a player.
They are lying. When all my money was in the "real money" section, that means it was real money. When I deposited a lot of money and lost it all, part of my own money would come back as cashback. I used that cashback to increase my balance again.
And when I talked to them, each employee said something different. When I went to the VIP section on Telegram, they didn't even answer my last question, and they even tricked your employees.
This casino is the biggest scammer. They take our real money and lure us back into the game with ridiculous bonuses. And when we win a large amount, they say it's not allowed. No other casino is like this.
So, for now, we’ll wait and see what happens next.
As for the concern that the casino might be able to mislead our team, I wouldn’t worry too much about that. Our complaint resolvers have handled many cases before, and their conclusions are based on the available evidence. If the casino makes certain claims, it may be asked to provide supporting evidence so our team can properly assess the situation.
So for now, I think the best thing is simply to wait and see what the casino answers and how the case develops.
hi guys i have problem with this casino and they keep my withdrawals reserved, it's been like this for more than 72 hours now. does anyone of you had this type of situation with this casino? did it got resolved? I have been gambling since a lot and this is my first bad experience with a casino.
Hello, I fear it is up to the casino to explain this to you as a customer. I don't recall seeing a similar situation described on the forum, but I'm guessing that's not the case now. Let's see what others come up with, and most importantly, when and how the casino responds to you. This is, in my opinion, the most important piece of the puzzle.
Did you perhaps successfully withdraw from this site before or are those your first attempts? What about KYC or AML checks for example? All good?
Yes, these are my first withdrawal attempts from N1 Bet. My KYC is now fully verified after I provided all the requested documents and waited around 12 days.
I have not been told of any AML issue. The confusing part is that support gave me different answers: one agent told me the withdrawal should arrive within minutes or a few hours, another said my case had been escalated to a more specialized team, and later I was told to wait 72 hours.
The 72 hours have now passed and my withdrawals are still marked "RESERVED". I have screenshots of all the conversations and can provide them if needed.

Unfortunately, the casino has now suspended my account and removed my winnings. They claim there were "inconsistencies" and that they cannot confirm the ownership/authenticity of my account, but they have not explained what these inconsistencies actually are. I had already completed their KYC verification and provided all the requested documents. I have screenshots and conversations proving everything, including my deposits, gameplay, verification and withdrawal requests. Could you please help me understand what I can do now and how I can challenge this decision?
I have more evidence showing

Why has no one reviewed my complaint yet? My account status has been reverted to "Not Verified," my withdrawal requests have been removed, they took they money, and even my betting history has been cleared. I have evidence of everything, including the confirmation of my KYC verification and proof of how I won the funds through live casino games. I can provide screenshots and all relevant conversations with the casino.
Hello and calm down, please. Complaining needs time and although I appreciate your posting everything here on the forum, it would be best to do so primarly inthe complaint thread. That's the place where the matter gets investigated later on.
I was asking about the KYC and other checks because a long withdrawal usually means the casino is investigating the account, and until that's done, no further payments are made. Sadly, in this case, the casino believes, for some reason, that you are not entitled to the money. I'm sorry to hear that, of course. Now it's crucial to add all those events to the complaint thread and then cooperate with the mediator. In those cases, my colleagues ask the operators on what grounds and based on what evidence they voided the money. I imagine the situation is perplexing, as casinos usually do not share much detail with players whose accounts are about to be closed for the rules violations, so that's why we step in through the complaint.
In my opinion it is now not necessary for you to post the same screenshot over again. Please use those in the complaint.🙏
