Hi

I have been betting in N1bet online casino and have been deposited a lot of money. Finally I won a grand jackpot of $26xxx. I withdraw $20000. I haven’t got any reply from them until today. It is more than a week. Then they told me that they won’t play out as I excessed the betting limited. I do understand the rule and the system won’t let me bet over the limit if I was using bonus. All other online casinos won’t let u bet over the limit as the game won’t let you bet. I have finished the wagering and 100% sure that I did not use bonus because I deposited twice after I have no money in my account.

They took away my winning and only allow me to withdraw $4000. I placed over $50000 total bet at that time. If this is the case then I believe that they need to refund me all the bet that I made otherwise that is very unfair that when you won but they don’t pay out.


I tried to contact them many time but they only email me once and they don’t reply me back.


luckily I took photos in case this happen. Can you please assist me and help me to dispute this case as it is a lot of money.


If this happen to me then it must happened to other people.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? When was the last time you used a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Can you please forward your full betting and bonus history to nikolas.b@casino.guru?

Also please note that if there are any winnings generated from the bonus money and you did bet over the maximum limit, the casino has the right to void your balance as it is not yet an industry standard to block the bets over the limit.

Hi Nick,


thank you for the reply and I really appreciated it. Yes my account is verified. All my documents are approved. The vip manager informed me by email 2 days ago but since then she never reply me. I used live support chat online but they just kept asking me to wait. Then I got an emails said that they subtracted 80% of my money.

I have deposited move than 20k but now I won back my money but they find the excuses not to pay out. I tried to find the game history but it only showed for 4 days. I played in other only casino and they won’t let me play over the limit when I use bonus. The system will only let me bet up to $7.5. It is the same in N1bet that why I know that I didn’t use the bonus as I can bet bigger.

I will email you all the history and stuff that you need. It is really upset me as no one give me evidences but just took all the money from my account and I think this is very unprofessional.


I really hope that you can help me Thank you for your help.

Limitation of the maximum bet while wagering: 5 EUR or currency equivalents (not higher 7,70 AUD). Max bet limit includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed, bonus rounds (purchased within the game).


Nick, we've sent you evidence of a repeated max bet violation.

The player's account was closed after we found out that the player started threatening suicide in the correspondence.

Hi Nick,


If I was over bet the limit, why you only take away all the winning but not refund me all the over limit bets which is over $7.7? You cannot have one rule but on the other hand you don’t apply for that. I really don’t think that is fair as you kept all my over limit bets as you said and then took all the winning money.

I am having a legal advise at the moment. The casino should have put a stop if I was overbetting and They are happy to take the money if I didn’t win the jackpot. Will they refund me everything single over limit bet which over 7.7? I have checked they rule as I can’t find anywhere

Unfortunately it does not work like that. Once you did bet over the maximum allowed limit, the casino has the right to void all the winnings generated from the bonus.

We would like to see casinos block the option to bet over the limit but it is not an industry standard yet.

As you did breach the casino terms, there is nothing we can do as the casino did nothing wrong.

Is there anything else we can assist you with? If not, the complaint will be closed.

What about all the over limit bet? So they can take all the over limit bets and all the winning? It is not fair to take all my over limit bets then. There are double standard there which always go to the casino

Hello plam0108,

As you claimed the bonus you also accepted to it's terms and conditions. As you did bet over the maximum allowed limit they can void all of your winnings generated from that bonus.

Unfortunately your complaint will be now closed as there is no way of proceeding forward due breaching of the rules.

Please be sure to always read the terms and conditions before claiming any bonus to prevent such issues from happening in the future.
