Hello, have you tried the live chat and could they tell you what's going on? Crypto should definitely be the fastest method but even here there can be occasional delays. 

But once you're verified and everything is fine on your side, it shouldn't take long. Maybe the casino just didn't process the withdrawal over the weekend.

Can you find what exactly the casino stated regarding the rule violation, please?
