Thanks for the answer. So I topped up €20 and got a €5 bonus. I then played down to €10 and then won €150-160 on another game. After that I continued playing up to €95. Then I bought a €90 Zeus vs Hades bonus and won €4,500. It was a deposit bonus but it was no longer active. When I made the withdrawal it didn't say that the money was blocked or anything else. Luckydreams has now taken €3,980 in my gaming credit. In my opinion, that's completely unfair to all players. Then there's no point playing on this site at all.
