A scam is the occasion when you deposit money and never get paid even if you win. If you don't get paid from the casino and they don't give you any proper reason for it, then yes, it's a scam.
To me this is cheating!! Yesterday, another β¬500.00 was paid out. A total of β¬1,500.00 has now been paid out. My new withdrawal request from yesterday was canceled again today. Now I should upload an additional proof of address and identity. The casino already has 15!!! get documents from me. And it goes on and on... the account will never be fully verified. With a lot of effort, β¬500.00 is paid out every 10 days before you have to upload new documents. Now I'm supposed to wait three days... and then I can request the withdrawal again. Blah blah blah... and this isn't a scam ?? What do you call something like that?
I call it unprofessional behaviour from the casino, bad customer support and bad service to the players. Considering their extremely bad reputation, I'm really surprised they even approved a few withdrawals. I'd just provide them everything they ask for over and over again, get the money and run away from them.
I'll stick with the word "scam". I deposited money, played and won. I have uploaded all documents and requested a correct payment. I have always behaved correctly. The payment is refused again and again for a variety of reasons. Obviously they want to prolong payouts and annoy the player. So for me they are scammers.

How about asking some institution to provide you such a document? For example ask a bank to send you a bank statement in a paper form.
To this day nothing has happened. All my withdrawals have been declined. I recently uploaded an official letter from my health insurance company - rejected and will not be accepted. Now I have uploaded my credit card statement (actually I didn't want to do that). Let's see what comes next..
Update: I had my account blocked. They should donate the money π Don't feel like such sons of bitches anymore. Never again. I still ended up with β¬700 plus because I only deposited β¬800 and ended up paying out β¬1500. β¬3500 just gone. Fuck it... and not really a sign of support here on the site either. Except for silly gossip and pointless advice.
