You should be able to check your gaming history to see how much you lost. I'd also checked your account for some transaction or payment history, so you can see if there is some canceled withdrawal maybe.

After I set up first withdrawal of 1000$ to my MasterCard wait then try again to my wallet Trc20 and few more but nothing happened and then contact customer service so they told me I must pay for withdrawal of 1000$ 9% wich is 90$. Pay that then contact them and they say that security service need my ID card and to pay for fee 20%.

I really dont know what to do.
