Es ist immer schlimm einen Menschen zu verlieren den man liebt da wie ich finde dieser Schmerz nie weniger wird und man Tag täglich daran denkt und mit dem Alter immer ruhiger wird da einem das Leben echt müde macht..
Zu meinem 23 Geburtstag wollte ich unbedingt das meine Eltern mich besuchen kommen (zu dieser Zeit habe ich in Österreich/Salzburg gelebt) und wünschte das ich dies nie verlangt hätte da sie an diesem Tag einen Autounfall hatten und beide verstorben sind.... jede Nacht und das bis heute quält mich das innerlich so sehr ich kann es nicht beschreiben.. 😔
Hätte ich nichts verlangt würden sie heute noch leben... das frisst mich so sehr auf das man daran manchmal echt verzweifelt..
Ich glaube sogar das ich an dieser Krankheit erkrankt bin weil meine Seele mit den Jahren krank geworden ist und somit auch mein Körper.. Das viele denken und all das mache einem echt krank.
Ich Schweife wieder ab tut mir leid. 🙂
Was ich damit sagen will ist einfach das das Leben so kurz ist das man echt die kleinen Momente genießen sollte vorallem dann wenn man Familie und eigene Kinder hat 🌿🕊

Hi, you may mentioned it here already, but which casino asked you for the proof of income?
My general tip is: When a good casinos asks you for it, then it's a pretty normal requirement and I'm afraid many casinos will require it in the future from German and Austrian players due to changes in the local law. But for example if a casino that doesn't have any license required a proof of income from you, I'd be 99% sure it's a scam or they simply try to avoid paying out the winnings. You require the documents because it's given by the licensing authority, but if there's no authority that oversees your casino, you have no reason to ask for the documents.
By the way, when I see you here, I have a funny story for you. We have a new colleague Magda and we explained to her last month how things work. I also explained that we have an anti-spam tool that automatically blocks new users who write too many posts during a short period of time. I also remembered there was only one case in a history of the forum when a real user (not a spammer) got blocked automatically. It was you! 😀

But I often play in different casinos, some of which have different licensors, but despite all the love and patience, I find it exaggerated that so many documents are required! 😀
40 minutes ago I received an email that the payout was approved after 26 documents and 10 days. 🙂 I've already paid out 30 times more in casinos than this €500, which is what it's about now, but nobody has ever wanted so many documents😀
I was afraid that an email would come next saying "Please upload a picture with ID to your account where you can see them in UNDERPANTS and a piece of paper with the name of our casino" 😂😜😜😜 no fun! But I still found it excessive. 🙂
For example, I prefer to play at 21casino, where I also had high winnings, but they didn't ask for 26 documents either, even though they have the same license, i.e. MGA 🙂

Habe den Namen entfernt da ich wie schon gesagt niemanden schlecht machen möchte!! Hätten sie aber noch 1 Woche länger gebraucht hätte ich denke ich eine Beschwerde eingereicht und auch den Namen bekannt gegeben 🙂

I think it's all about the casino management and how they approach the rules given by the licensing authority. Some casinos try to protect themselves so desperately that it causes real discomfort to their players that eventually leave the casino. Some casinos don't care about any rules and they just do whatever they want. I'd say knowing how to balance it is the key.
I remember when I created a Revolut account, they asked me for the same (sources of income, tax return, IDs, proof of address and many more), it took about 3 weeks to verify the account and I believe they verified it only because I was very persistent. On the other hand, my friend created his Revolut account 2 days after me, he just sent his ID and that was it. The account was verified immediately. You sometimes don't know what's happening on the other side 😀

Bank statements for the last 6 months, selfie holding ID document etc
I sent everything and now every day that passes they ask me for 1 document that they already send.
All this for a withdrawal of €500
When I've already made much higher withdrawals at this casino

I think it's kind of OK when the verification process takes ages, but you eventually get your winnings. Then you can decide to leave the casino without losing anything or you can give them one more chance just to see if the 2nd withdrawal will be considerably faster.
The major issue is when casinos don't communicate with players, the players have a pending withdrawal for ages or their account is blocked while they don't even know why. Unfortunately we still see casinos that behave exactly this way.

I'd like to say it better Daniel, the casinos, which really take a lot of time and nerves from the customer, unfortunately lose themselves as a result.
After all, there is a really wide range of really good casinos. 🙂 That's why I'm firmly convinced that you can only win players over the long term as customers if you treat them accordingly 🙂
For example, if you need a lot of documents, you could ask for them all at once. 🙂 is certainly not pleasant either, but better than asking for countless documents one after the other 🙂

Wenn man z.b viele Dokumente benötigt könnte man diese alle aufeinmal verlangen. 🙂 ist sicherlich auch nicht angenehm aber besser als unzählige Dokumente immer nach der Reihe zu verlangen 🙂
Im großen und ganzen sind auf der Guru Seite so viele gute casinos vertreten das sich die anderen echt mühe geben sollten damit ihnen nicht die Spieler ausgehen 🙂
