If you want to discuss anything related to Heaps O Wins Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hello,
if you're speaking about your casino account, we are not the casino, so sadly, we do not know.
What happened?
25 bucks fee on BTC? They are crazy, it's BTC, not ETH! So I will suppose if you use a near-zero crypto fee to withdraw (LTC, TRX, XRP) they also charge this kind of fee? They should only deduct the network fee, what's the justification for that fee? Also, if your bonus amount got deducted I suppose it was a sticky bonus, and yes, when you are playing with a sticky bonus the bonus amount will get deducted upon withdrawal, that's normal and acceptable because that's how sticky bonuses work, but the fee they are charging is ridiculous, they took away 10% of your winnings just like that
Also on seperate note the crypto address I use at 25 casinos they said I couldn't use bc it was bitcoin cash bc it started with a letter not a number( whichis bull) so I created a recommend Coinbase address just for them. Then I had to pay to send myself the $$ which tookless than 10m funny
I also just saw they charged you a forex fee, too many inconveniences to withdraw, I would suggest not playing there anymore, it seems making withdrawals is a hassle there. Also, if you need an address quickly I would recommend a hot wallet (Trust or any other), no KYC and setting up a wallet takes a couple minutes, not sure if it's available for US citizens tho. It seems to me they just came up with that BTC cash starting with a letter and not number excuse to complicate your withdrawal, I would suggest being careful from now on
Yes u don't know til you do it once I guess I'm still going to file a complaint to let othersknow
That bonus is just a set up, 7x requirements on a sticky bonus??? Ridiculous, the sticky bonuses I have played with require only 1x wagering (deposit amount), horribly bad bonus. Up to 40 bucks in withdrawals fees????? That has to be a joke, for crypto withdrawals we almost always pay the network fee, and I don't know any network charging that much for any amount, they are just keeping it for themselves 😆
