Okay, so I see you've been chatting with live chat about the bonus and deposits with withdrawals. So you won some money from one bonus you took and the casino doesn't want to give you your money ? Did you take more than one bonus ? It is common that in some casinos you can't take more bonuses and you have to deposit in the in-between to be allowed to do so.
However, if you only took one and they refused to give you your winnings, I wouldn't consider that fair. So tell me how it is ?

I used a free chip after i made a deposit and played through the requested amount until my balance was $130 AUD. I selected withdrawal in my account options and it said account verification needed so i sent the required documents when i checked up on the process they said they didnt receive my email so i double checked the email address via 24 hour chat and sent it to them 2 more times. I checked up with the casino every 2nd day thereafter and was told somebody would look at it soon. That was 4 weeks ago so i was blatantly lied to and scammed by Heaps of Wins Casino
