Hey! I didn't manage to get my money even though I tried several different withdrawal methods. I didn't get any more emails from Greatwin either. I played the rest of the money from my game account and sent them a request to close my game account, but that hasn't been done either. I then closed the rest of the possible payment methods myself. And also astro pay networking their multiple astropay accounts. Netteller and not working in indian deposit. Still my withdrawal is pending due to their worst withdrawal system. Hi, can anyone help me with this issue or have experienced the same issue - I have been unable to withdraw my funds from Greatwin for some weeks now. At the start customer service said I havent been wagering my deposits. Every time they said to wager an amount I did and then the same issue where I get an error message with withdrawals. My last deposit was over 2 weeks ago and customer service says it hasnt been wagered. For context, I deposited 100 euro and have placed 500 euro plus worth of bets since. I dont understand where customer service are getting there figures from as they said 32 out of 100 has been wagered). At this point I feel they just want me to lose all my winnings. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! I've been able to deposit around €5,000 in small amounts at GreatWin since the beginning of the year, even though my credit cards don't allow payments with gambling codes. Over €1,000 of that in January alone. "Estolio Ltd." is always displayed as the merchant. This allowed me to circumvent the bans because I am, or was, a gambling addict. Enforce the Code: Your own code is a valuable foundation, but it must also be applied consistently. Otherwise, it remains mere theory. By publicly revealing that a casino is violating the principles, you not only strengthen player protection but also your own position as a trustworthy platform.
