I don't know if it's an automatic email sent by your system, if there has been some report or something else, but if it refers to me I'm not "pretending to be a member of the team" at all, I'm a normal user of that site who he's cheating, and I've hired a lawyer to get our money back.

My email appears to have been sent, did you write your address correctly? Have you checked your spam? If the address is correct, the problem may be the domain (hotmail.com). If so, can you give me another gmail address?

Non so se è una mail automatica inviata dal vostro sistema, se c'è stata qualche segnalazione o cosa altro, ma se è riferito a me non sto affatto "fingendo di essere membro del team", sono un normalissimo utente di quel sito che ci sta raggirando, ed ho ingaggiato un avvocato per recuperare i nostri soldi.
Hello, we were under attack so it was automatic email to be careful. Also please be aware we at Casino.Guru, never ask for your casino account password. While we may request information, we never seek access to your account. Please refrain from sharing your password with any third party. We primarily communicate through official threads, occasionally via email for requested things.

I must say that you're not the only one with this case, very sorry about that.
I checked the casino, and according to our system it seems that this casino has been closed and no longer operates. Unfortunately, when it comes to submitting a complaint, I fear not much can be accomplished without the casino's participation. I am aware that this does not adequately address your problem. However, in case casino decides to operate again, we will be here to help you always.
I would suggest you to read other responses in this thread, you could see that also other players have the same situation as you and it seems that this casino is closed for sure, based on the latest complaints.

I know, but the protection of Adm should be there... I was wondering if anyone knows how to deal with Adm, and of that famous fund that is always talked about as protection for these situations (the next one in Italy out of here, who will say the sentence: we are protected in Italy by Adm ....
