Hi, if it's just that you lost, I'm really sorry because it's not a small amount of money at all. 

However, if you feel like you can't win and you're just losing, the best thing to do would be to stop playing or take a break so it doesn't end up worse. The truth is that casinos always have an advantage over players who eventually lose their money there, so I wouldn't recommend playing on. 

Also, I didn't find anything in our review about slots and therefore that they are fake, but if you have something that would confirm your idea, feel free to share it with us.

I have checked it , you can deposit with real money , but you can withdraw only with cryptocurrency...

Is this a method you don't use for withdrawal ? Did you ask because you were looking for some other way to withdraw ? You don't use crypto and you're not a big fan, are you ?

Yes i dont play or use any crypto , so i have asked about real money withdrawal. For example on BC.Game you can withdrawal real money , but its unacceptable fee.

I was playing on Gamdom and I decided to go degenerate and just do some quick bets on Pragmatic Play mega roulette on the color red.

I thought of betting $400 on red at first but then I lowered it to $200 and the bet was accepted. The outcome was black sadly so I decided to go for red again. Now comes the interesting part. My first bet of $200 on red with the outcome black was accepted but the second time I bet on red the bet gets rejected and the outcome is actually red. I thought it's just a bug and tried again. I placed another $200 on red once again and when the timer went off the bet was rejected and surprise surprise the outcome was red and I was left out with a second win of $400 in total.

I wrote to the site support and everything but so far seems like they will just ignore it and do nothing about it, might even call it a "bug" or idk.

Personally I think I should be getting my winnings because clearly something was set up here if my first bet was accepted and others weren't.

It's quite strange, but the most important thing would be for the casino to explain what is the cause of this. Sometimes it may be a technical problem but I can't say for sure and I would just be guessing. 

I saw that you also filed a complaint and I am curious what our team has to say about it. I wouldn't get my hopes up, but you can't give anything for trying.

Hello everyone, I opened a complaint about a difficulty with Gamdom Casino. My withdrawals are blocked for having inadvertently created a multi-account with Google access (I had 2 registered email accounts and accidentally clicked and it went automatically) but I have never used the other account or entered any personal information. I have approximately 700 euros blocked. Since the problem is with the withdrawal and the account and not with the bets, can you help me? I have not used bonuses, nor used the site fraudulently and Gamdom support does not support this. I am in an advanced stage of the verification but I have been waiting for almost a day with no news with the blocked money that I would like to use.

Hello, if you opened it by mistake but didn't deposit anything or do anything on the second account, I believe it should be possible to resolve the issue. Did you immediately notify the casino that you did this by mistake? That's probably the best solution. 

However, one more question: did you play slots, table games, or bet on sports?

Hi, thanks for the reply! Situation resolved. I immediately admitted that I had accidentally created a second account after a check that seemed lengthy but was then concluded in less than 15 hours. They reactivated my account for withdrawals. I was very satisfied. I was waiting for a response to also point out that my post for approval can be deleted if you allow it. However, I had only played sports bets and without a bonus, unfortunately this problem was compromising my excellent impression of gambling. Honestly, everything was resolved!

I'm glad to hear that, and you did the right thing by reporting it to the casino immediately. It was resolved promptly, which is definitely a pleasant experience. 

As for deleting the post, I would leave it there so that other players can see that you and the casino resolved the issue quickly.

There is avery serious issue. I was mid play on Gamdon.

An employee stole my money while I was playing and cashed it all out. Then they closed my account.

I am not kidding. I have screenshot to prove it.

What just happened in detail.

I wrote in chat "Im down to my last box of kraft dinner. help"

The moderator banned me from chat and not long after my entire balance was stolen mid game. It was $1700USD

There is no way 2 players can be logged in at the same time. I did not get a breach email. I was not logged out.

My password is impossible to guess or hack as it contains numbers, letters and special symbols.

An employee of Gamdom just stole my entire balance.

I will be filing a complaint here.

Please be advised. I had a $1700 balance, cracked a joke about kraft dinner. They called me a beggar and banned my chat. I argued with live chat and said if you are going to act like this im cashing out my balance and closing my account.

Minutes later this casino employee logged into my account and stole my entire balance and cashed it out into their crypto wallet.

When I told them I want the money returned. They refused and said it wasnt them. This is a total lie and complete theft. This casino outright steals players balances and deposits it directly into their own crypto wallets.

Hahaha, it looks like karma hit you right in the face. Wasn’t it you in another thread who was very offensive towards a player who had almost the exact same situation as you? You immediately accused him of lying and said no one would believe him.
