If you want to discuss anything related to Gamdom Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Potentially using false game scripts of providers ;
evidence given here
Big Time Gaming, allows the RTP manipulation of their game Lil Devil between 96.31 and 96.43%
Gamdom state their version of this title to have a below the stated manipulation that’s possible with their game at 95.73%
They’ve also now max capped the title to 1,338x after refusing to pay out a 14,900 X win whilst previously stating 36,000 X potential.
Gamdom also declined to comment publicly on any platform and in private ignore me. Yet they hold a perfect casino title here, even with a dodgy Curaçao license - I’ve read other casinos are automatically deducted points for easy to get licenses,
Thank you for opening this thread Radka I’d love to hear if there are other players even playing here or if they are just an illegal money laundering operation using a casino with false games for a front I’m not sure
Hello,
as far as I am informed RTP can be different even for different countries and we see fair that casino shows the RTP so you can choose if you like to play or not.
Can't comment on the max win, but found Lil Devil in our slots gallery with the unknown max win. So I suspect it can variable too.
Regarding the Curacao licenses, there are currently four of them but you are correct about the qualities, there is just one exception at the moment. Well, 1 out of 4.
I wonder, have you read our guide about our casino review and rating process?
If not it is at your disposal.
The provider themselves publically state they allow manipulation of their games, and even state the manipulation they allow in terms of changing RTP by that certain percentage -
Its lovely to see that Casino Gurus version of Lil Devil stays true to the providers stats at 96.31% RTP - no dodgy provider there
Max win can be "up to" whatever casino feels comfortable in allowing I am aware of this for sure. But a fair casino should never edit games after being hit due to lack of finances or whatever their excuse (not actually been given a valid reason!)
Im sure I’ve read the casino guide yeah, I’ll point out issues I’ve found with the score process and real life scenarios on website.
1) "Size of the casino is important for safe play, because small casinos may run into issues if one of their players manages to hit a really big win. Because small casinos don't have large revenues, a substantial win can be an existential threat to them. If a player wins more than the casino can realistically afford to pay out, it's likely that the casino will go bankrupt unless they find a way to NOT pay out the winner. And that's a problem.
Gamdom; isn’t what I’d call a "massive" casino. They’ve had a lot of high profile streamers advertise their site but you do not find examples of people winning big and cashing out, (I’d request you search and find me examples of average player winning big with NO issue). - remember I won $149,000 after depositing $160,000 and was still refused due to them not affording a refund. Screams a massive red flag to me.
2) "Player Complaints: We want our reputation rating to be a good indicator of how each casino treats its players and how likely their winnings are to be paid out to them without any complications."
How casinos treat its players? What about when a casino refuses to talk in public about very serious allegations in terms of player fairness, game manipulation and now false provider potentials - see next point.
"3) Deducting points for restrictive or unfair practices"
Bad support quality. Customer support is an important factor influencing player satisfactionand overall level of user experience. We don't expect it to be perfect at each casino, but if a casino's support is extremely bad, we decreaseits reputation rating.
I don’t expect "perfect communication" in all casinos either, but what I would expect is clear answers from "support" to simple questions like "why can’t I withdraw my winnings" , "why have you altered the max potential after refusing to pay out a winning game" amongst other questions a support should easily help with.
3 part b) Runs in line with my exact complaint : Fake games. Honest casinos operate original games from casino game providers. However, some casinos also run fake copies of known games (such as Lil Devil) , which can be altered to pay out less than the original they are based on. This is seriously unfair towards players and we decrease the reputation rating of casinos that operate fake games.
BigTimeGaming publically state what percentage their games can be run at. And Gamdom aren’tusing the official title by the evidence that you can see, and that I found with my own experience playing here.
4) Adding points. Well I’m glad no points were added under this section, 😅
5) Taking into account related casinos.
Are any of you aware of the problems that 99% of CSGO related gambling sites have come under? Most of the CSGO gambling sites (that Gamdom started as) have all been under various issues of unfairness from as small as streamers owning the site they promote using higher rtp values, (ya know like how all Gamdom streams work)
before I finish this message I have to say, I went back to the Gamdom review page and I’m glad you’ve taken my complaint seriously and my score managed to affect it from a solid 9.5 now to a 7.1. Thank you for taking me seriously.
Hello Stoned Twat,
I'll get to your overview directly 🙂
point 1: we set revenue as a medium, so I think there is no contradiction to the guide even the reality.
point 2: all submitted complaints counts and I mean it. I can understand that it's pretty common to find a lot of complaints elsewhere on the internet but we get to consider complaints evaluated by Casino Guru so we can be absolutely sure about the result. It goes in hand with point 3.
point 3b: I see your point, but proving that games are altered or completely faked is a very difficult process and we would need some cooperation for proving the result, frankly.
point 4: ok 🙂
point 5: can't answer since it's not part of my job sadly, I believe that we all know how streams work...
I'm sorry that the casino did not cooperate at all because I'd love to see some arguments about your issue because we take all players seriously.
The conversation with Wayne VIP is one bad joke.
Im also convinced they are running fake script of games, especially Hacksaw games.
i've played their game on different casino's and this is the only one that behave very differently than everywhere i played.
First its running as fast as if i was in Demo mode which is not normal for me ( canada )
I must have at least 150 duel bonus on wanted if not more, paying 0x to 2-3x then doing the 1000 spin+ without a bonus, none of them payed something decent, this is just straight up impossible, its like every bonus was running the lowest script possible, they say the RTP is at 96,38%, but there is no way it's running at that rtp, playing on this site i just feel there is no hope at all of winning.
i asked the " VIP " guys Wayne and Pinar countless time about what RTP the game was running, they dodged it everytime, never really answered other than saying its the provider who decide, but i know its not true, normally slots have " presets " and the casino decide which one they use, they are clearly on the lowest possible one. ( correct me if im wrong )
on top of it, i asked for my account to be locked for 2 weeks after the loss became too much since in the settings page you can only lock it 1 day, they unlocked my account like 2 days later when i asked them, first time i see this as normaly it is irreversible.
ended up losing 234K there without any chance of winning at anything, my rtp must be at 40% if not less. this is not normal with the amount of spins i did. i wish i never played there to be honest, i understand and im very well aware that you can/will lose playing casino, but this is way too obvious that its rigged. i dont even understand how they manage to keep their license to be honest.
Hello,
I suggest you contact the game provider and present your findings and proof the same goes for the licensing authority. It's the most direct way.
What do you think about it?
I'm not sure whether Hacksaw Gaming allows casinos to change the RTP, but I'm quite concerned that you are not getting your answer about the actual RTP, I think this is not fair at all.
Concerning the account closure, it also sounds pretty unfair. We review the responsible gambling tools like questionable.
Have you asked your account to be closed because of gambling issues or just asked to close the account without giving the reason, please?
Hey,
Like i said in my post, this is pretty hard to prove for the RTP, but they clearly dodged it everytime, never said like " hey the rtp is 96% "
And for the closure, i was down a lot, was also complaining a lot to the the " vip " team about my very bad experience on the site via Emails, i asked him to LOCK the account for 2 weeks because this was too much of a loss, 2 days later i realised i would lose my weekly rakeback with the account locked since it disapear after a week if not claimed, so i asked them to unlock it, to be honest i was expecting a NO from them as normally its pretty much ireversible but to my surprise he unlocked it right aways without asking anything.
Hi,
I agree, it's hard to prove it. As I wrote, the game provider and licensing authority are the two best shots, considering they would hear you out.
Back to your account closure, let's say that the only irreversible way should be account closed due to gambling addiction.
If you just close your account because you are not happy with your experiences, losses or bonuses, etc. you should be able to open your account with ease. I understand that losing the rakeback is quite a reason for opening the account. But if you feel like you've already lost too much, I would sacrifice even the rakeback and stop playing.
Better safe than sorry, don't you think?
I Guess it can be worth a try, could you provide me here or in private with the Provider adress and licensing authority, i'll email them my thoughts about that.
Thank you.
Kindly find your way how to contact the game provider, I have no direct contact. I would start with the official site, however.
To the licensing authority, you may find this:
So I used Google to get this result.
I hope it heps.
I am a highroller and I recently started playing high stakes on Gamdom.
At first the deposits and withdrawals were smooth but as soon as I started winning, they locked my withdrawals. I was on live chat with them for 3 days and they said my account was under review. Now my account is banned and they have not sent back my $1m balance.
This casino is disgusting. Never play with them.
My username is Hartsonfyre. I came 3rd in the recent KOTH competition.
Hey there. I'm sorry to hear that!
As mentioned in my email reply, there is actually no complaint at all. To submit one here and now for free, use this link:
https://casino.guru/complaints/create
It's free and given the circumstances a very reasonable step.
Do you agree?
I have submitted one. It is here: https://casino.guru/gamdom-casino-player-s-account-has-been-blocked-with
Yes, I see that now.
Now let's just hope for the best! Feel free to update us here on the forum as well!
There's not much choice there unless they introduce e-transfer..people might be able to use credit cards as well but a lot of banks block those transactions altogether..Bitcoin seems a logical choice in today's market.
I never had a situation where my bank blocked a transfer or a check. It doesn't say gambling on it! lol.
As far as I am concerned Crypto is fake $$. goes up and down daily hourly and then once you get it you have to sell it to get real $$ money. I don't have the energy for that. In the usa in the news a guy lost or forgot his wallet # and it had a balance of millions in it.. Could you imagine?
I lost €50,000 in 10 weeks at Gamdom, the casino is a complete scam, no one cares, the slots are all fake, that's Scamdom and you list them so well here, thanks for the recommendation.
