Hi, unfortunately you are not the only one and if you go through this whole thread you will see players who were in the same situation as you. They all won big amounts like you and nobody was paid anything by the casino and they didn't even respond to any complaints. 

I don't want to get ahead of myself, but I think that will happen in this case as well. I would very much like to be wrong. 

Anyway, I recommend to avoid such casinos and not to deposit here. Have you seen its safety index, which is 1 ? I think that says it all. 

If I may ask, did the casino require you to make a deposit with the intention that your withdrawal will be faster if you fund your gaming account ? 

I would recommend filing a complaint. Just use this green link. The casino will receive black points if it does not try to resolve your situation. And as you can see from my replies, it hasn't solved any of them yet.

I would add that be sure not to deposit any more money into the casino because every case has ended the same way and no one has seen anything from this casino yet.

That's what I thought, try to cooperate with the casino and I wonder if you will get somewhere further from the other players. I don't think so, but you don't get anything for trying.

For the first time today I played gamble Max Casino, I am over $600,000 which is too good to be true,started with the"free $38" they want you to think that you win all this money so you make your little deposits to "get it to redeem" and then imagine them getting that from millions of people!!!! this is definitely a scam I think we should do a class action lawsuit on this company for false advertisement.

I requested a refund from Gamblemax for my initial $50 a few times. They just respond about how busy they are but for $30 I can get my withdrawal with in 30 minutes. Same crap. They don't even mentioned me refunding my $50 deposit. The good news is I also disputed it through PayPal and they founded my favorite and I got my 50 bucks back! Yippee skippee.

I recommend disputing it with whatever card holder can you used. At least you won't be out anything cuz you know you never going to get your withdrawal.

Hello there. I'm sorry to say that you might be right, somehow. As you can read in this thread, there are few stories where players describe that they have been "scammed", somehow. The casinos safety index says a lot about the casino, what do you think? 🤷‍♀️

It seems that the casino requires a deposit of $50 from everyone to be able to withdraw money faster. Of course, I wouldn't believe it, because I haven't heard from a single player who has withdrawn from here yet. Um I paid the $50 then the $30 for gamblemaxcasino then I was told I needed to get 10 people to sign up be for I could cash out my 340,000 now the casino its gone.

Hello, you are not the first and as I see every week, not the last. You probably won't see any money from the casino. It's a tactic, obviously, to squeeze as much money out of the players as possible. Have you seen the safety index of this house ? It's almost zero. 

So I'm sorry you got suckered into this, but as much as I hate to say it, you probably won't see any of your money. 😥

It should be no problem to gather 10 "friends" to register on the site.

Offer $1000 to each of your total withdrawals and you'll probably soon have some interested.

If you manage to get 340,000 out, it's a steal.

If you get them 10 and Gamblemax still won't release your money, it remains to sue them.

Given that you are in the US, you have every chance of successfully taking them to court and winning in moderation.
