Well you're showing me anything that would make me think things could be different here, There was a message telling me that the casino said that my payments didn't go through, and they tried to get in touch with me, also this replacement card shouldn't have anything to do with my winnings because my winning should have gone into my Ecopayz account, but in good faith, l let the casino know that I had to get a different visa debit card because what happen to my bank account. If I didn't tell them all this would of happen, because there is so many cheaters of there, that no one trust anyone. Ohohoh I just want to screem!!!!!

I can understand you are very upset - it is obvious and perfectly understandable.

I can't speak on behalf of our complaint team and much importantly we have no evidence from the casino so far, so honestly, there is little I can comment on at this point.

I ask you kindly to give us more time - this is not an easy complaint, I'd say.

You're right we can only guess what they come up with, because I know they have all my money plus my winnings mines the $25 that they deposit back into my TD bank account.

I will give you all the time in the world, BUT I will do all I can to get Extra Vegas down to the lowest just like they are making me out to be for doing something I didn't do, that's just wrong to treat people like that, we the people are what keeps these casino going, but we don't need casino like that. 🐀 they are rats

I only had made 2 deposits from my bank account to extra Vegas and they were for $25 on the 10th and the 14th, the other deposits are from my Ecopayz account and none of them were returned. I'm telling you the casino is lying they got all my payments, I can't play at a casino unless I have money in my bank account, it's not a visa card it's a visa debit card from my TD. the bank you have to have money in your bank account.

Just unbelievable what some casinos will accuse you of doing just so they don't have to pay you, Extra Vegas accuse me of doing a chargeback on my casino account, when in fact it was the casino who put 25 dollars back into my bank account to make it look like it was me, and that's what their excuse is not to pay me, YOUR CASINO IS GOT A BUNCH OF CROOKS WORKING THERE, I promise I will stop at nothing to get my winnings, your not getting away with this, so you either pay me my winnings or your going down.

Well, this situation is very complicated and I would wait for the casino's as well as for Peter's comments on these chargebacks - if those two transactions were any chargebacks at all.

If I am correct, your card was hacked somehow and your bank just repaid you the amount lost during this security problem. 2 transactions. Due to this casino doesn't want to pay your winnings, because you received a new card plus reported the original card security problem.

Just to be sure, did I miss something?

First of all, what is so complicated about this case? The casino is accusing me of doing a chargeback, which is not true, this is all I have to prove, and it's right on my bank statements that I did not do a chargeback, so I proved that my other card has nothing to do with my winnings, I won before I had to get another card and long as there has my bank account number that's where the money will be deposited, it's not a visa card, it's a visa debit card that means there is a bank account attached to. To answer your question yes the bank paid me back the money for those fraud charges because I did not ok them people to go into my bank account. Now, all we need to do is to get the casino to show the emails that will prove that they are lying because they cant. Like I said that card shouldn't have anything to do with my winning, the casino had no problem depositing that $25 into the same bank account that my new card is with. So no you didn't not miss anything, and if you did so did I.

This card we are talking about is my bank card, they put visa on the front of the card so you can use it where they except visas, but you have to have money in your bank account to cover whatever you buy, it's call a visa debit card

Hello,

I see now, just wanted to be sure.

It is complicated since we have nothing to check from the casino's side at the moment, hence we have to give them some time to provide us with some proof or just be sure they have nothing.

Ok, I should have said time-consuming instead of "complicated".

How much time do they need?? They can't provide anything because they are making this all up. I just don't understand how they can get away with this, closing my account and not paying me my winnings. Tell me when we do prove this is not true will they pay me my winning??

Just to clarify things a bit:

We usually give the casino at least one week to react to the complaint. After then it's obvious if the casino is interested in dealing with the complaint or it is not.

In your case casino provided a statement 6 days ago so there is successful cooperation and Peter is waiting/dealing with the update from the casino, as I can guess at the moment:

"Dear Extra Vegas Casino team,

Could you please forward the evidence regarding the chargebacks to my email address (peter.m@casino.guru)? Personal data can be blurred out."

Since I'm not dealing with the situation, I'm not going to speculate about what will probably happen.

Let's wait for Peter, shall we?

I hope you understand.

Can you answer me this? what's the difference between the two, operating with a license and without? And how is it that a casino can get away with operate without a license? Is it because they are hook on to another casino?

I just found out some new information chargebacks are for credit cards, what I used here was a visa debit card which you have to have funds in your check account to pay, so I can't do anything like that on my card.

Once it's pay it's paid the funds come out of my bank account, so the casino is lying about that chargeback.

Hello,

the difference is quite simple, I'd say. Casino A is licensed under the Maltian gaming license - which is highly recommended. This means that casino A must fulfill all the necessary requirements to even get the license and it's also accountable to this authority. Frankly, lots of players do not care much about safety or don't want to bother with a full verification before their first spin for example...

Now, casino B operates under no license at all. No requirements, no restrictions no worries - until some issues arise. There is no authority (except for local justice) you could directly ask for an investigation and turn there for help. Plus such a casino does not care about its reputation so no leverage can be used against it.

Setting up an online casino without a license is like making an e-shop, I'd say.

It's always up to the player to choose where to play. Hence, we're constantly trying to provide players with all the information relevant to the casino's fairness. The license matters so we warn:

You can learn more here:

https://casino.guru/how-to-choose-an-online-casino :

"If a casino stubbornly refuses to pay you your legitimate winnings, the only possibility that remains is to turn to the regulator who issued the license to the casino. Only then will it show how important it was to choose a casino according to who issued their licence. A good regulator should always stand independently on the side of fair gambling. He should fairly assess and investigate every official complaint. In case of a serious violation of the rules by a casino, it may accede to revoke their licence."

As a player in any casino, I worried about my safety, where my information is going, when I join any casino first thing I do is go get myself verified. The thing is all casinos should be licenced, it is like someone driving a car with a licence or without a licence you are more at risk without a licence but they will get away with it, just like these casinos, now we need to put a stop to this.

It's been over a week now, I just don't feel we are getting anywhere with this or are we? I don't hear back from anyone with any information, how are things going can't anyone tell me please.....

I'm looking at the complaint you submitted and I can see the casino reacted to it and then Peter asked them additional questions. I know that it's time-consuming, but many casino representatives don't reply immediately. Let's give it some time please.

Yes Daniel, thank you for getting back to me, the thing is we need to keep at them and at them, then maybe they will get tired of us and pay there mistakes. Don't you think?
