Hello, hello from Bremen! According to European law, a court in Malta may not block or interfere with a European enforcement order. The judges in Malta know exactly what they are doing. As I said, the EU Court of Justice has already ruled more than once that Germany and Austria act in accordance with the law and that their judgments and Section 56 do not conflict with the freedom to provide services. In all EU countries there is virtually a ban on online gambling without a license.
The special thing about Germany is that it is by far the largest market and anyone who does not behave in accordance with the law is out. Anyone who has a license will not risk it and will pay back the money in the previous years when they did not have one. I don't know of any ruling from Germany that hasn't been enforced. In the end everyone will pay, including the neighbors. The money is well invested, the longer you wait, the more interest there will be. Action will also be taken against the managing directors if they come up with the idea of filing for bankruptcy.
But as already said, the judges (courts) in Malta are not allowed to interfere at all because of the European title. It would be exactly the same if a German had bought a car abroad and hadn't paid and a court in Malta ruled in favor of the seller in Malta, or if it was ruled out, then no court in Germany would deal with it anymore , except for a bailiff who then enforces this European title, although of course a private person could then file for bankruptcy
