As far as the video goes, I'm not really surprised, because I don't think anyone would want the bad things to be known about them. I hope nobody will have bad experiences with pokerstars anymore. At least I hope so. 

Did you also receive a comparison from Pokerstars? Stars has offered around 20-25% of the amount in dispute, but the negotiation is still ongoing, the lawsuit was only filed with me this year.

No, no comparison was offered. I'm just surprised at the procedure. Why would they offer comparisons now? The whole situation is really strange.

I have no idea, I've only been suing this year and the trial is yet to come. Sure, the offer is ridiculous, some of the almost 25% is still going away. But at least I see that as a good sign if you're trying to avoid a lawsuit.

Have you already sued, won or filed the lawsuit? Perhaps, as in my case, it is too late to compare.

I'm definitely not going to make any comparisons. Especially since the interest rate of 4% since 2021 is already legally binding.

The lawsuit was filed at the beginning of the year, Stars has requested an extension of the deadline, now until the end of the year, there has not been a hearing yet. Now a comparison offer came with almost 25%, which we rejected.

Because I have read through the articles and have been waiting for a total of 3 years and my case is with the law firm in Malta to be executed.

Executions are constantly being added to the page with the civil cases and if you sort the cases by pending, you won't see many of them anymore or some will have their status completed. That would mean that the cases would be closed and new ones would be added, wouldn't it?

I've been waiting for the execution for 10 months now...unfortunately I haven't received any real information from my law firm that would explain the duration or anything else. The law firm in Malta doesn't answer either, even though I've already written there several times.

Maybe they don't even write in the forums that they received the money, because there are definitely enough people who have been successfully executed before.

Is there anyone here who has experience or information about the executions and has already had negotiations in Malta and perhaps gets more information than it could take up to 2 or 3 years? I explicitly only mean cases that are actually already with the lawyer in Malta and also appear there on the Civil Cases page?

I have been waiting for the execution for more than 2 years.

The cases should actually all be closed because according to the law in Malta such executions are no longer permitted. After annulment by the ECJ e.g. The cases would then have to revive again. That's how I see it. If you look for Mr Green, for example. This is how you find people who have been waiting to be executed since the beginning of 2022 - for the execution! That means they've been waiting for their money for a total of 3-4 years!!! As long as the law is not overturned, nothing will happen. And why should Jokersterne offer a settlement, especially now that the law has been passed. I do not believe it.

I know, and it all contradicts itself. I know that some negotiations are open, everything is public with the names of the plaintiffs and defendants. But it always says "postponed".

And have you already had negotiations or asked the law firm in Malta?

I GUESS they say it because they strongly assume that bill55 will be overturned.

And the cases in which Sarah Sultana suddenly appears for the defendants? What's it all about ? Or are these the so-called model executions?
