So many law firms in Germany also write that Bill 55 is a draft and still needs the approval of the ECJ, but they are still processing the executions. A law firm also writes that it affects Austrian plaintiffs more, since certain casinos from Germany can be executed because they have accounts there. Only in Austria do they no longer have any accounts or it is difficult to seize them.
