So many law firms in Germany also write that Bill 55 is a draft and still needs the approval of the ECJ, but they are still processing the executions. A law firm also writes that it affects Austrian plaintiffs more, since certain casinos from Germany can be executed because they have accounts there. Only in Austria do they no longer have any accounts or it is difficult to seize them.
In any case, it is of course annoying when the casinos do not recognize the judgments. But the title lasts forever 🙂 . I think, even if it takes another 2 years, everyone who has a title will get their money and as soon as the ECJ gives a clear decision against the draft law again, it will go faster again.
Please don't misunderstand me now. I can't give any more information because I don't know what happens next. That's why I want to exchange ideas.
I keep repeating myself and now again:
I have already had several negotiations in Malta and more are taking place. Another one this year too.
So I've had the title for more than 2 years!
There is nothing more to report on this.
Then there is the matter of bankruptcy. The providers have to take the judgments into account; if it would be uneconomical, this company will be liquidated. And then unfortunately just opened a new one. The best example is DrückGlück, until 2021/2022 the provider "Titanium Brace Marketing Ltd" was now "Skill On Net Ltd". The claim against Titanium Brace Marketing is therefore worth 0.
That's exactly how I do it, but if my colleague voizua92 says he knows many who have already completed, then they must be listed as "completed" if I only enter the name of the defendant under parties. That's why I asked if he/she has evidence has for his/her statement.
So I would like to see the completed ones, so to speak.
