I don't know how it started for you back then, or whether you were offered a small, ridiculous sum.

It's about 20k and Stars has offered almost 5k. We have now rejected it and will see what happens before the deadline in November.

As I said, we won't be satisfied with 25%. I would certainly agree to an out-of-court settlement, but then the sum would have to be at least 90%.

Well, why should they submit offers now? Or drag out negotiations? That won't work. Sooner or later you have to pay. The law is not applicable.

I also don't think Stars is ruined because of our few million demands. They could easily pay for that and I think that will happen. And then Stars will continue as normal with a license in Germany.

But the prerequisite would be that something happens at Eugh and pressure is built up.

At some point you won't be able to sue directly before the ECJ or how does that work? I'm not that familiar with such things.

edit: I'll be talking to my lawyer again this week on the phone to see if it makes sense to offer a counteroffer at 90% plus interest or not. I didn't have time to contact you yet, I received an email on Friday.

I am in the same situation as you and would like to take the opportunity to exchange ideas with you a little.

Last year in August I looked for a Pf and a lawsuit was filed against Lottoland and Mr Green. I wouldn't be offered a settlement, but I understood that pretty quickly after a judge casually said during the trial that she wasn't surprised because the "magic limit of €30,000" had been exceeded. Apparently a comparison is offered for amounts that are lower.

I received the ruling from the Supreme Court regarding Mr Green in June and it is therefore legally binding. Unfortunately, this coincided exactly with the legal change in Malta and I have the feeling that the PF has been sitting on its hands ever since and waiting for the EU Commission to do something. What are your experiences? Is your PF still actively doing something? Do you have any tips as to whether I can do something?

I'm still waiting for the Supreme Court's decision regarding Lottoland. Do you have any experience with Lottoland?
