If you want to discuss anything related to Efbet Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hi,
I'm not sure where to begin.
Basically, here's my story with Efbet :
About a month ago, I have requested a withdrawal on their websites and they asked me for the Credit Cards I have used since my registration. So far, so good. Nothing " out of ordinary ".
Thing is, I'm French, raised and born in France, living in Bulgaria and upon my registration, I have issued a French ID Card to them which was fine ! They accepted it and I managed to play all along, withdraw all along.
This ID Card has expired about a year ago. And now, Efbet is asking for a new ID which is completely normal.
I have given them my passport but they are rejecting it and insist for retrieving a French ID Card which I don't have cause I'm still using the one I got (although It expired, French law says that the document is still valid 5 years past the expiration date in the event It has been issued while the person was over 18 years old).
My issue here is, they are refusing my passport although It's still valid, still completely functional, and there's literally no reason to deny such thing.
They are saying " we need Passport and a new ID ". What the hell is that ? In which Casino do you have to prove your ID with two different documents ?
I will surely start the procedure to retrieve a new ID from France but that will take a month. They're doing this only for the sole purpose of making me re-bet my winnings, they got no ethic at ALL !
Btw, you can't self-exclude yourself neither close your account at all. It's just something you can't do on Efbet. Even tough you tell them you have a gambling addiction, they'll keep the account opened.
Efbet is definitely the worst company ever.
Thanks for reading me.
Hello there,
I feel that the casino's staff is not quite familiar with how French Ids works (I'm not either), so they insist on those demands. If you got the impression that you run out of options, I think that we should be able to help you out, or at least, we will try.
All you have to do is to submit a complaint and explain what the issue is.
Just copy your post there and provide any related communication you can.
Will you do that? 🙂
Thanks. Unfortunately, that won't do any good. In the meantime, I've played back my winnings (cause they were blocking me from withdrawing saying that I should issue some documents).
I lost all my winnings and I miraculously received an e-mail today stating that my account is now back to verified 🙂 So they basically un-verifiy the account when you have winnings and verify it back when you don't.
I suppose there's nothing I can do about it, right ?
I also asked for a self-exclusion / a closure of the account for Gambling Addiction and they just disregard that. (Efbet has no self-exclusion policy).
Is there anything I can do, do you think ? The winnings is not longer my issue. I wish to take legal actions against them as I think they're disregarding any form of respect regarding their Casino licence.
Just let me know your opinion before I find myself a lawyer.
Funny thing is that they refused my Passport when I had over 1k of winnings on my balance cause " It's not good enough ".
Now that I have 0 on my balance, they decided to accept the passport after all and said " Finally, we changed our mind ".
How can you defend such scammers ?
I'm not defending anybody - where did you get that from, please?
If the casino truly delayed the KYC on purpose, I'd say that's nasty and they probably lost another player. This must be proven first, if you can do that kindly submit a complaint as suggested (would not ask you to submit the complaint if I wish to defend the casino, right?), or alternatively reach out to the licensing authority.
The casino is licensed in Bulgaria, so it should be the best shot.
What do you think about it?
I’ve already heard this before. Why do you believe the Bulgarian authority is so useless? That’s a serious question, I’d like to learn more about the local experience you have. Thanks in advance 🙂
I am a Greek player living in Greece and as far as I have seen efbet.com.gr has obtained a Greek license. I went to register but it took me to the rabona site. Why is this happening? Is it the same company or a different one, what is the relationship between them?
Είμαι Έλληνας παίχτης που ζει στην Ελλάδα και από όσο έχω δει η efbet.com.gr έχει πάρει ελληνική άδεια. Πήγα να κάνω εγγραφή αλλα με πήγε στο site της rabona. Για ποιο λόγο συμβαίνει αυτό; Είναι η ίδια εταιρεία ή διαφορετική, ποια η σχέση μαζι τους;
Hello!
I have to admit I'm a bit confused - this is what I get when I try to access efbet using a VPN set to Greece:
"Important notice to residents of Greece
Please note that efbet.net is not accessible from the territory of Greece, as part of our compliance to local regulations.
In case you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at support@efbet.com"
Can you share your, perhaps?
I'm connecting from a Greek IP, but I wrote you the site efbet.com.gr. I did not mention efbet.net. Have you got a Greek license? If yes, please answer the questions I have asked above
I believe you think we are a casino support here, yet we are not.
Me and Jaro were both given the same result while accessing the site using the Greece VPN, as explained. If I should guess, I would say the casino plans to target the Greek market, but it is still under development.
According to the review, this casino is NOT licensed in Greece.

It actually does not accept players from your country and forbids using the VPN.
Ask the casino, please - then let us know here!
Hello,
Yesterday I played for the first time at Efebet and the experience was negative, in that it didn't go well and I lost, but that is part of betting and, in this case, it is not attributable to the casino. In everything that has nothing to do with being lucky or not, positive experience.
The operation of the slots is very good using the browser on my Android smartphone (I didn't want to download their app because it can't be done from the Play Store) and in that sense it went well for me.
The winning percentage seemed high to me, at least in slots.
Their customer service was good and so was the system for uploading and reviewing documentation.
In general terms I found it to be a good online casino.
Hola,
Hey. That's how it works in casinos, because they always have an edge over the player in a long run and most of the time the player loses his entire deposit there. But I'm glad that as one of the few you realize that it's not the casino's fault, it's just the way it is.
I also see that you described the positives, which is certainly nice to contrast your answer and I think it's fair, since you say that the overall experience is good.
Anyway, is there anything that the casino is the best at for you ? Additionally, even though you lost there, will you go there again to try your luck ? 🙂
Hello!!
Yes, of course I will play again.
Thank you and greetings,
Angel
Hola!!
Sí, claro que volveré a jugar.
Gracias y un saludo,
Ángel
So I think that's good news for the casino. Probably for you too, since you won't lose your favourite casino.
