Sure, you'll have to be a bit patient as the casino says they will have to contact the payment processor and it's approved on their end. We give casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process, so if nothing changes let us know and we'll try to help you out. The important thing for me would be that they try to communicate and don't just leave you without an answer, so try to wait and inform yourself about your withdrawal and we'll see. 

I hope you will have the money as soon as possible. 🙂

Absolutely, patience is a good friend. Now it seems that things are starting to clear, they finally found the problem. I’m pretty sure the problem was that bitcoin was going down/ up. It doesn’t say anything about special fees when i withdraw.


What do they really mean by: "It appears that there was a sudden spike in the fees and this is the reason behind the processing delay.


Unfortunately this is out of our hands which means we will have to wait for another". Can this really seems valid? Why don’t deposit back my money and I will make a new withdrawal. In my opinion crypto goes really up and down but I guess this sites normally make a pretty good profit so why don’t just take the fall, due their wrong calculation and send me my money?


If i work as a carpenter and promised a customer a price that we discuss and then says: yeah let’s do it. Then when the job is done I sudden say: Oh sorry wood prices had gone up 30%, it put in the invoice….

We were checking this transaction directly with the payment processor and we just received an update from them. Your withdrawal is still pending Blockchain confirmations. It appears that there was a sudden spike in the fees and this is the reason behind the processing delay.


Unfortunately this is out of our hands which means we will have to wait for another, hopefully final update. As soon as we receive any news we will let you know. For now we want to apologize for the long waiting time and thank you for being patient.

Oh so this is the issue, I understand. I think players should be protected from such things and everything should be fair and they should always get the amount they won. This is perhaps less of a disadvantage with crypto casinos or cryptocurrencies in general. Something that changes basically every day and I understand that even casinos can't be responsible for something like that. So we'll see how it moves forward and hopefully the next update will be the one that makes you smile and you'll be happy. If something happens, feel free to say so.

Hi and thanks for all you guys good words, they are keeping me a little more safe.


Im 100% into what you are saying. I can’t be my fault as a customer, as always, super easy to deposit and hard to get your money. This is not entirely the casinos fault due their payment partner. The thing is day told a few days ago all is good and my money is processed, but it’s not, that was a pure lie from the support team. This is a bit crazy, 8 days and still no money and also no answers.

It's certainly difficult without some reassurance from the casino, as they are the ones who should be answering you and especially not misleading you. If they know that a withdrawal might not be sent within a certain timeframe, I wouldn't make any promises to the player that they will have the money by that time. 

Therefore, as I said before, if you can't resolve this situation and the money doesn't arrive within 14 days, we will definitely still be in contact with you and we will try to help you.
