Sad, but this is why we suggest checking the casino's terms in advance.

🤔

I would personally say it is quite usual when there is no wagering or one-time wagering. Yet it may be somehow misinterpreted, I reckon. Of course, I'll get it checked.

But why are you in trouble? Gained not enough?

I made a deposit with prior confirmation that it was not a sticky bonus, but it was in fact a sticky bonus.

I am having trouble withdrawing much of my balance because of this.

Thus, I have the same question: Did you check the bonus terms in the casino?

You know, you should do that anytime. There was the very same situation in another casino, and as I'm sure you know, we used the same definition as the casino itself. 🤷‍♂️ So, how does it look on the casino's side, please?

I'm sorry you did not win enough to fulfill the current condition.

Yes. Bonuses were sticky unless otherwise stated.

However, the casino guru explained to me that the bonus I used was an exception and not sticky.

I was hoping for the casino's terms, printscreen perhaps?

Yes. It is clearly stated here.

Cool, thank you.

So you should have been able to see that too, right? 🤔

This is why we always say that players need to check the bonus terms specifically on the casino page.

We acquire information from casino representatives, and sometimes they just make mistakes. So, as the first print screen says: "All terms apply"

I believe I already asked you to use the "update us" feature in this case right?

Yes. When I selected this bonus on the casino page, I did not specify that it was a sticky bonus.

Therefore, I made the deposit assuming that the casino guru's information was up to date.

(I can't see it because I already took advantage of the bonus)

Aha, so the moment you took the bonus, the terms said nothing regarding it being sticky - did I get it correctly, please?

yes.

However, when I played the game and tried to withdraw the money, it turned out that it was actually a sticky bonus.

Hello

In fact on this casino, like many of the same house, all bonuses without a wager are sticky bonuses. With max withdrawal x5 or x10 depending on the casino.

The only ones that aren't are those who have a wager.

Non-sticky with unlimited removal often.

Avoid casinos that offer a wager + limited withdrawal. There, for me, it is seriously exaggerated to put so many restrictions

So it's quite unpleasant when you found out so late. But did you finally manage to complete this bonus, did you manage to withdraw something from it or do you still have a problem ?

Thanks for your input. I see you don't like such bonuses and do you use any or do you avoid bonuses ?

A large portion of the balance is a sticky bonus and cannot be withdrawn.

Hello

yes I sometimes use bonuses. especially if my deposit is small or to try out a casino.

Sticky bonuses with withdrawal x5 or more, I sometimes take them.

What I don't like are bonuses with a limited wager + withdrawal (I'll skip those ones directly).

Or those with a sticky bonus and x5 limited cashout, that's really little.

Some casinos offer sticky bonuses +unlimited withdrawals, I think they are the best

I believe that whenever you make a deposit and get a bonus, your withdrawal shouldn't be limited at all. I'd accept this only to no deposit bonuses. I can't imagine playing, winning a huge amount (being extremely lucky), but not getting it paid out just because I agreed with a bonus terms...Such cases happened, will happen and they're always very sad 😕

Just stay away from this dirty casino. I have wagered over €1.25M. I was very lucky at the beginning. But then it went by quickly and everything and more was lost.

The leaderboard is an absolute joke, at least if you play at slightly higher stakes. You are ONLY entitled to the bonuses if you:

  • has no balance (<0.20€)
  • hasn't requested any payouts (max. payouts €5000/week, I lost thousands of euros just because of this shit)
  • If the week goes by and there are still payouts in progress, the bonus expires

So if I'm lucky, I'm not entitled to my monthly bonus of €1,500 or my weekly bonus of €500 (which is the price for first place).

After I lost around €20,000, I reported to support about my absolutely merciless sessions. Partially played down €3000-4000 without a bonus (bonus value €240!!!), without hits. Just dead spins. The same scripts/procedures of game sessions repeated themselves. Different days, different times. If a bonus ever came, it was 15-30x. After the most bonus there were usually 20-30 dead spins or 50 spins without any winnings, i.e. max stake back.

Since I have been a loyal customer for about 2 months, I asked for a bonus. The only thing that followed was the statement that hopefully things would get better for me soon and that you wouldn't be able to credit me with any kind of bonus. I receive my rakeback and the other bonuses (daily/weekly/monthly).

At some point I also noticed that the history function in my main slot wasn't working, for weeks and still to this day! This means there is no real way to understand how bad the sessions actually were.

Please - Anyone who plays slightly higher stakes. Actually, anything over €2-4 should avoid this casino. If you actually win, you'll be waiting forever for the money, even if you have the patience! The casino also deliberately delays the payout or tries to drag it out!

I won't give a cent more for this casino. This smells suspiciously of deliberate manipulation.

Addition: Many of my first successful sessions. Were interrupted. Game basically hung up and then restarted. I don't think I need to tell anyone how the session went afterwards. Crashing right before the bonus was also not uncommon!

Hi!

Im almost new to this site, I read you review at this site before I deposited. Today I was googling around about this casino DepositWin, due withdrawal problems. I have played there since 9:th of April. I read the rules completely and have also got confirmation that the withdrawal is on its way (I pretty sure they are not due a big different tone in emails with the support team). I also have a screenshot from my withdrawal history. That says: in progress.

Please help me out or warn others!!

Regards

Have you got any update regarding your withdrawal by now, perhaps? Are you still able to log into your account and ask the support what is the withdrawal processing time, have you come across this information somewhere? Please keep us informed about this situation, so we could give you a hand if needed.

Hi there and thanks for a fast reply.

Yes I can log in to the site. The chat says they are not connected with finance and can’t help me.

Not really. I deposited in bitcoin and withdraw with bitcoin and there is always a transaction hash from those transactions. I have asked for the transaction hash for few days and don’t understand why they don’t want to give it to me.. I asked why my transaction says "in progress" and why I doesn’t say processed.

This email I received yesterday:

Hi Christian,

Thank you for your message and apologies for the delayed response.

We acknowledge your concern regarding the withdrawal processing time. Rest assured, the transaction was approved on our end a few days ago.

We are currently investigating the matter with our payment processor and will update you as soon as we receive more information.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Warm regards,
