I don't understand why this casino is rated below average? I've been with this casino for a while and have never had any problems, no matter what! Support is always friendly and helpful, no matter the issue***** Slots run stable and absolutely fair! Payouts are processed almost immediately so you never have to wait no matter how high the winnings are :) Some casinos are praised to the skies here, including by Casino Guru, even though they are not nearly as good and there are constant problems, particularly with payouts, the tiresome issue of KYC and having to submit documents again and again, etc. Despositwin is one of my favorite casinos :) Thank you to Despositwin and keep up the good work***** !!!!

The bonus is sticky but it has a lot of games that you can play and certainly if you want to make a good amount (x5 your initial deposit) it is certainly not a super casino but it is an opportunity. On 2.8. I registered there. I took the 150% Crypto First Deposit Bonus there, I deposited with Crypto XRP worth 195.69 euros and the bonus amount was 293.54 euros.
The bonus is wager-free, ie it does not have to be wagered, even if you have already lost your real money and are already in the bonus. Anything over the bonus amount can be withdrawn at any time, then the bonus amount will be deducted.

I played slots there for several hours and couldn't win anything big and decided on August 3rd. Withdraw 200 euros, the bonus was then automatically canceled. I still had to send a selfie with ID and was verified. I received the payment on the same day.
On August 6th I saw that the GameArt tournament ended at 11 p.m. My high score was 161604 and 22nd place and I got a prize of 250 euros, see screenshot I attached. So I paid the 250 euros straight away.
On August 7th I received an email from Casino Depositwin that I had breached the T&Cs and my winnings of 250 euros were then deleted. The casino told me I did a bonus hunt with my deposit and bonus money and after the balance went to zero I opened the hunted bonuses and received the €250 win.
Yes, I did a little bonus hunt, but I opened all bonuses before making a withdrawal. So I didn't violate 1.7 in the terms and conditions at all. 1.7 in the terms and conditions means: If someone makes a bonus hunt and opens the bonuses later by making a new deposit. As already mentioned, it was also a wager-free bonus. If I still had bonuses open, why should I open them after the withdrawal, because I could have opened them beforehand and withdrawn them together with the 200 euros. So the statement of the casino is illogical.
After my withdrawal my balance was zero and the 250 euro winnings came from the tournament and that money doesn't even belong to the casino it came from GameArt.
I emailed the casino and let them know but they want to stand by their decision.

Das Casino sagte mir, ich hätte mit meiner Einzahlung und dem Bonusgeld eine Bonushunt durchgeführt, und nachdem der Saldo auf Null war, habe ich die gehunteten Boni geöffnet und den Gewinn von 250 Euro erhalten.
Ja, ich habe eine kleine Bonushunt durchgeführt, aber alle Boni habe ich vorher schon geöffnet, bevor ich eine Auszahlung getätigt habe. also habe ich gar nicht gegen die 1.7 in der AGB verstossen. 1.7 in der AGB heisst: Wenn jemand eine Bonushunt macht und die Boni später öffnet durch eine neue Einzahlung. Ausserdem handelte es sich wie schon erwähnt um einen wagerfree Bonus. Wenn ich noch Boni offen hätte, warum sollte ich sie nach der Auszahlung öffnen, denn ich hätte sie doch vorher öffnen können und zusammen mit den 200 Euro auszahlen können. Die Aussage des Casinos ist also unlogisch.
Nach meiner Auszahlung betrug mein Guthaben Null und der Gewinn von 250 Euro stammt aus dem Turnier und dieses Geld gehört nicht mal dem Casino, sondern kam von GameArt.
Ich habe dem Casino eine E-Mail geschrieben und ihnen mitgeteilt, aber sie wollen bei ihrer Entscheidung bleiben.
