I have won some big money on this casino. Its a mixed feeling. I have been verified SOI and KYC i got email all good. KYC all good through chatt, i sent images of drivers license and all was good and doc prof of adress.

They then gave me a specifik email for SOI, securedocs@casoola.com.

I sent all my docs to them and got email back:

Here is the problem. After cashing out around 50% of my winnings they stoped my withdrawls. The person in the chat said i need to be verified.

So even when they say your fully verified they then say further checks are needed. I know this is bs, they just dont want to pay me becasue i won so much.


In the chat now they give me different reasons all the time. some say within 72 hours, some say investigation etc. Its all bs. I DONT THINK THEY HAVE THE MONEY.
