Although on the other hand, it might be good to think about what the high amounts are. Maybe I would try to avoid that and if the smaller ones are paid earlier, I would go for that style.

Look my friend....today I reached 1600 euros. I still want 100, that is 1700 and I'm stopping. Tomorrow I will have finished my game and I will make my first big withdrawal. We will see everything there....anyway I am ready with identification documents and with evidence and proofs from the games and the amounts I have won so far....so I am armed in every way in case I need to take action against the company.

Well, I just finished my game and as I told you at 1700 stop. A little while ago I made my first withdrawal of 500 euros....since this is the maximum daily. Logically, on Tuesday and Wednesday they will cancel it and ask for my identification. and from there the party will begin.

I started having the same problems. They approved 3 withdrawals for a total of 1500 euros and when I asked why I still had to take money, they started making the same excuses. I filed a complaint here on the page. They are still unsolved with me.

This is then a step towards a more positive tomorrow. I hope that the casino will continue the trend and you won't have to wait long for withdrawals.

Roulette with multiplier. What they told me last time. That my bank supposedly has a problem. In the meantime, I sent my bank documents when they did a verification, they deposited money into this bank 5-6 times, but they always find this as an excuse.

I've been stuck with my money at Casino Infinity since February 22nd. I deposited R$120.00 and played for hours... I requested the withdrawal of R$451.00... I waited 72 hours and they canceled it and the money went back into the gaming account. Then I tried to withdraw this amount divided into 2 withdrawals... I couldn't do that either. Yesterday I took advantage of the fact that the money was in my account and played some more... Now I have R$ 1000 and I can't withdraw it.

The service is terrible, both in the chat and in the support e-mail.

When you request a withdrawal via pix in any casino, you enter your pix key and CPF... At Infinity you have to enter the Pix account ID and CPF.

Can anyone tell me if the Pix account ID is the same as the pix key?

I'd rather have lost than have my money stuck in the casino.

Has anyone here experienced this at Infinity?
