Hi, congratulations on your win. I would say that this is a question for the casino itself and therefore whether or not they would be able to raise your limit somehow. How much money do they give you and how often do you get the money ? 

12,500 for one withdrawal and that works out to two withdrawals a week, that will pay me off for several years...

I understand that, but did you ask them if the limit can be increased somehow ? Of course, if they have them like that and they stick to what they have written in the terms and conditions, then there's probably not much to do. The important thing for me would probably be that the casino actually pays out the money and doesn't stop it. 

The limit can only be increased by increasing the vip level, but due to the ratio, since I won 300 times the invested amount, the vip level simply cannot be increased...

Oh sure, that's a shame because if you don't agree with the casino on some individual limit or payout, then there probably won't be much to do about it. I know that they probably wouldn't want to pay you large amounts, but then again, if it were to increase at least a little, it wouldn't be bad. Do you also have a VIP manager assigned to you if you are a VIP? Maybe it could be worked out with someone like that.

yes, it's true, it can be seen that I'm delaying it to lose it, but they send the money continuously. Unfortunately for them, I won something again, so I already have 5 million 🙂

That's quite a lot, but as long as they pay you gradually, it's still fine. A problem would arise if they stopped, so let's hope that such a scenario does not occur. You can definitely share how it goes. 🙂
