I requested the withdrawal in 2610 and exactly the next day 27/10 I sent the documents....after 2 days they answered me by email to resend them....so I went in yesterday to resend them and only the first document was uploaded the rest not because they closed this field....I complained to their customer service to no avail I also emailed them and to this day I have no response....However today I entered the platform and went to the payment history and saw that while it was pending my withdrawal today shows failure.....i talk about it with service and they told me yes it's a technical issue and to request a withdrawal again. I immediately went to request a withdrawal again and it won't allow me....they blocked my money....can you tell me what to do?

The worst bruce bet casino....long delay in identifying records so it won't let you withdraw.

Well, I am not sure what you were expecting from submitting a withdrawal request if the casino explicitly advised you not to do so due to ongoing technical difficulties.

In any event, problems arise, particularly technical ones. Instead of making snap judgments, try to relax and give the casino some time to settle the issue. Monitor the situation and share the progress. Can you do that?

Never ever play on Bruce bet, I've been sending documents to withdraw a winnings for 10 days and they ask you for the impossible, rightly so, identity card and photo of the bank card, then they start with: certificate of residence, last paid electricity or gas bill, tax return.... but where have you ever seen something like this.... I don't recommend it to anyone, it's a scam

Hey, from what I can see, you're going through verification. But what seems to be the problem, you can't verify and you don't have something that the casino allows? Some of the documents are not usual, but I don't see the first time that the casino asks for something like that. Is there a particular document that is causing the issue?

I agree with matteoonali74. They did the same to me....it's a scam....they didn't approve anything correct from the documents....that's why I closed my account too

I see you closed your account, do you have any balance left? I wouldn't just keep the money in an account, I'd want to withdraw it. Also, did the casino tell you why they didn't accept any of your documents? 

They didn't tell me anything about the documents no matter how many times I talked to customer service...no update....they canceled my withdrawal and that's why I closed my account...I played all the money I had and that's it.. ..i want no contact with bruce bet .....it is a scam

That's too bad, they cancelled your withdrawal because you haven't been verified yet. If they didn't tell you anything about the documents you could have waited and we would have tried to help you and after some time contacted the casino to explain. But if you don't have the money in your account yet, we have nothing to help you with, since you have closed your account.

Hi, most of the time the withdrawal is tied to the verification, so if the player is going through it or hasn't gone through it yet and the casino asks for documents, it will have to be successful. Only after this process can they withdraw the money. 

Nevertheless, how was it for you? How long did the KYC take and why were you unable to withdraw? Could you give me an idea?
