I'm currently 2,5 weeks into my withdrawal process. It always takes 48h for them to give or ask anything.

First, after two days they asked a selfie with an ID and to verify my bank account. I sent both and after two days got the "somethings blurry, or..." - message. I thought that the selfie isn't clear enouhg, but went to read the verification rules. There eas mentioned a picture of the ID, so I sent them too.
