I payed with my mastercard and still havent recived my money from them it has gone almost 2 weeks. Its very strange they complain about thear tecknical issues to almost every player when i read reviews on Trustpilot. And in thear response to the rewiews they are very commited to solve the problem but i just dont see it heppening.

So, did you use the same method to withdraw it ? 2 weeks will be quite a long time, but as Radka said, if nothing changes and the money doesn't come, our team will try to help you. 

We will wait for your update to see if something has changed. I firmly believe that you will get your money and the stress will go away. ☘️🤞

Yes i used the same method to withdraw on 29 oktober 2023 and they wrote on 31 october 2023 that my withdrawal is successful and the asked to write a rewiew about the fastest withdrawals on Trustpilot! But there was no money on my account.

And now i we write back and foward about ther tecknical issues with a chosen withdrawal method.

I even asked about transaction confirmation but they answerd that my request has been already transferred to responsible department and is being processed now.

But still no money on my bank account.

I realy would be thankful if somebody would help me to reach out to them so i finaly can get my 240 eur from Boomerang.Bet.

Few minutes ago i recived an email from Boomerang.Bet

Your withdrawal request was cancelled.

We kindly ask you conact with your bank and check why the transaction is rejecred.

Then i wrote what my bank says that didnt recived any withdrawal request from them. But they say if they have problems with their payment provider company they can do a bank transfer to my bank account. 

Now I have 240eur balance back on my Boomerang.Bet account.

I asked them by email today on 8 november 2023 how can we solve it and what do i need to do in oder to get my money on my bank account.

So it's pretty unfair if a casino asks for a review for the fastest withdrawals and doesn't send you anything. But I assume you did nothing of the sort. Anyway, it looks like we'll have to be patient and wait and see how it all turns out. Our team will definitely try to help you and know what to do. So I hope this gets resolved as soon as possible.

I know that waiting is sometimes unpleasant, especially when money is involved, but there is nothing else we can do. I hope it will all turn out well.

Anyway, do you still try to communicate with the casino about this situation or do they just keep telling you to contact the bank?

Yes they wrote in 1 mail to contact my bank but bank say its nothing to do with them.I sould chek out drectly with Boomerang.Bet 

And they transfered my money back on my game acount so i had to do a new withdrawal request.

I am sill waiting to my withdrawal to get approved on second time its still in status frozen on my gameaccount.

So i dont now if i get my money at all from Boomerang.Bet

When you entered the withdrawal for the second time, did you enter the same payment method as the first time ? Didn't you try to ask the casino what would be the best way to withdraw if you had problems first time ?

Anyway, as I said, the complaint is in the settlement stage and we'll see where our team gets to. I hope it will be resolved soon.

I used the same payment method which i used to deposit because there was not possible to choose alternativ method. 

The first time they had a tecknical issues with that method but as it was not possible to choose for me alternative method only that method with wich i made my deposits.

Just few mnutes ago i got an emai, from them about successful withdrawal. But that has happend bifore so i belive it only when i see the money on my bank account.

The only thing i mailed to them if i had a successful withdrawal why my transaction history i emty at my game account? There is no transactions regards 240eur at all?

I'm glad the withdrawal was settled!

For the transaction history, I recommend asking the casino - again. It is not within our power to find out on your behalf.

Come back with the explanation, though; it might prove handy to others somehow.👍

I am still waiting for my money from Boomerang.Bet because i didn't get any money from them on my bank account.

It takes so long i really don't know if i ever get my money from them.

I understand that it is certainly not pleasant but you will have to be patient even though I dislike to say it. We'll see where you get with your open complaint and hopefully our team can work this out. 

Anyway, did you try to ask the casino how long it should take them to get back to you when you wrote 4 days ago that your withdrawal was successful ?

Yes They answerd today on my question about withdrawal that withdrawal request has been forwarded to the payment provider for processing.

Processing by the payment provider may take up to 1-14 bussines days.

So i just have to wait and see...
