Do other players also have problems with this casino?

I made a withdrawal a week ago and they still haven’t paid and every day they have different excuses.

Also when I check there licence it says "not valid"

Yes my friend i also have problems with this casino, i make deposite 5 days ago, and still dont have money in my balance, support said u need wait 7 days minimum for this money. 7 days? Its crazy. And this casino not licensed, support said they have license. But maybe my eyes lie me.

7 days for money to reach your account is indeed crazy. There are many more complaints at Trustpilot.com

Let's hope they have these problems because they are a new casino and they sort it out and we get our money soon.

On your deposit overview in the casino wallet you can click on "details" from your deposit (are you deposits shown in this overview?) and mine say "Nodapay" (but also see "Wlpay" on the deposit page indeed).

If I were you I would email them both.

I use the correct verification seal placed at the casino. My web address is exactly the same as yours. Maybe it shows "not valid" for me because I’m a Dutch player? (and the license is not valid in the Netherlands)

 

It has been 9 days now since my withdrawal and I hear excuses from technical problems and couple times you get it tomorrow and now they say I just have to wait.

When you look on trustpilot there a dozens of people with the same problems.

Hello,

I never heard that it should work like this, but most importantly, I'd like to confirm the casino is not licensed in the Netherlands. It is common, though, that mirror casino pages seem to be unlicensed while the main URL shows the proper result. I understand it is very confusing, but that could be the case.

What if the casino's payment provider truly has a technical issue? That would mean you need to wait, am I correct? 🙁 Let's hope the money comes soon. If you struggle longer than another 5 days, the complaint handler will step in through the complaint.

The have the same technical problems.

Its unbelievable hard to make a withdrawal on this site.

And really easy to make a deposit.
