I already told you in my previous reply that I would definitely open a complaint. I don't want to promise you anything up front, but I also don't think I would be okay with what you sent and would do nothing. When you have evidence in your favour, our team will look at it, evaluate it and try to help. But I'm not going to say anything for sure. 

Anyway, I would definitely try and go for it. After all, you don't give anything for a complaint if it turns out anyway.

We will try to resolve everything fairly, that is probably the most important thing for us. Let's see what Tomas finds out and how the whole situation will develop.

That's because the complaint specialist still has time to respond. I would guess he has been very busy and your post is waiting to be reviewed. Please mind the timer 🙏 - it says, "Waiting for Casino Guru to reply 2 days plus 3 hours.

In my opinion, it is just a matter of time. Hold on, please.
