I left many reviews on Trustpilot to share my experience with Betplays, but they contested my reviews, claiming that I never had an account with them. This was surprising to me since I did have an account and direct interactions with their platform.After this challenge, Trustpilot sent me an alert asking me to provide evidence of my experience; otherwise, my reviews might be removed.
I have provided Trustpilot with the necessary evidence, including [emails, screenshots, transaction history, etc.]. I find it unfortunate that platforms allow companies to challenge legitimate reviews, but I also understand the importance of ensuring that reviews are authentic.
I am sharing this experience to warn users to be cautious and to keep all evidence in case of issues with platforms like Betplays.

It's okay if you want to help other people, but we certainly don't have to stop taking a biased view of everything and everyone. If you don't have a good experience there, which you don't, then don't go back and forget they exist. When you try to give advice to players it's ok, but to write under every single post that they are scammers and such is counterproductive.
