I wish you good luck. I had 1 withdrawal processed in 10 requests. It took 14 days to process and was canceled 2 times before being processed. I only manage to withdraw 1 time in 10 tries. Everytime I tried to withdraw they made new excuses. Either I needed to do KYC, or needed to do more rollover or they just didn't answer me.
